This town cried like babies when the base was closing, now that it is staying they screw the military every chance they get.

This videographer was trying to be authentic in their depiction with both old and new Clovis. Are we big city, NO. Are we friendly and a caring community YES! If you want to go to town it is just an 1 1/2 drive to Lubbock. How much time do you spend in traffic jams? Probably that much...give Clovis a chance - most people do just fine especially those with a family.
This is right on! Tthe first house is the only house that is on 21st Street. The first two minutes of the video are all from "downtown" & those houses are probably 50 years old, yet well kept & loved. You can definitely tell who has a pro Clovis view or a negative view by what they have to say, even me.
Clair Burroughs? This is the best of Clovis Not the norm. A more accurate video would be the center or town. There are just as many run down houses if not more than nice homes. If Clovis only looked that good.
