@westy44cal the launch control requires you to engage the gas and clutch pedal in all the way. when the engine is completely wound up you drop the clutch and the computer monitors wheel spin to keep it at a minimum. its supposed to give the fastest times but its actually about 0.1 second slower than if you didnt use the launch control

Damn that things sounds so badass. I'm crossing shopping used C6Z, GTR, and 4th Gen Coupe Vipers as we speak. C6Z sounds the best by far and is such a great performing in every aspect. The GTR holds value a bit better, Viper can be had for low 60's now. GTR is also a great all around performer but I really want 125-130 traps so I would need to throw a few bucks into it and that would void the warranty. id warranty weren't an issued the perfect car would be an LPE 660 C6Z with coilovers...!!

I agree absolutly in all with you, in my opinion the vettes are the best and cheapest sport car to buy an enjoy because life is too short .... i dream to buy one too !!!
