@justinbirds She died Dec. 16, 1997, Los Angeles, CA. Cerebral edema precipitated by liver failure. Unfortunately she abused drugs. The world lost a talented singer and this is one helluva beautiful song. One hit, but a magnificent one.

I remember this tune was a big hit when me and the family loaded everything we had into the truck and move out West. We could almost always find it playing somewhere on the old AM or FM radio bandwidths as we traveled 1700 miles. Nicolette was great.... I miss her and this tune

Lotta Love was a great hit but Fool Me Again which is one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard didn't crack the top 100. The critics didn't give her a chance and she started to take meds for depression and lack of sleep. She died from a cerebral adema.

She died December 1997 from complications due to liver failure. She was 45. We lost and angel, but she's in heaven now and we still have her voice.
