its when she looks up. if you read anthony rapps book, she looked up when she said the line " but it was us baby who were the lucky ones" in the preformance the cast did for john larsons family and friends the night after he died. so now when she preforms rent song and looks up i feel like she is doing it for him and thats like in this video when she starts to cry. i love her, this is amazing.

3:38 Holy lung capacity! Idina is amazing, considering the sound quality on this video (which isn't bad but certainly isn't a recording studio) her voice is just so clear and so powerful. And a big thumbs up to whoever is on guitar too (and the other instruments), they do a very nice job of playing along with her and enchancing her performance in a subtle but effective manner.
