Their early stuff is very atmosphereic compared to everything 2003 to present that they did. I would also recommend listening to Graveworm, Old Man's Child, Lamia Antitheus, Darkthrone, Emperor, Limbonic Art, Rotting Christ, God Dethroned, Borknagar, Hecate Enthroned or Drowning the Light to get you started.
