They were experimenting on mice with a vaccine some years ago. I think it turned out that the attempts didn't work out after all but at that time I think they looked very promising. I think Kate here says that these tests with the vaccine should be allowed to be tested in a next stage.
In the UK, ~7 years ago, a vaccine to slow down the progression of Alzheimer's Type Dementia was developed. Alzheimer's patients have a build up of plaques in the brain & the vaccine targets these plaques. The initial experiments on mice proved successful. But, recent studies on human subjects have not been as successful There were very few plaques present on autopsy, but the progression of the disease compared to those who didn't receive the vaccine was almost identical.
that was so sad. she really is an inspration! why cant more actors and actress be more like Kate so all the girls around the world can have a true role model
that is why I love her... because she speaks so openly and honest. And because she loves her mother so much and how she speaks of her. God she makes me cry...

We could perhaps stop forcing everyone to get injected with mercury, formaldehyde, detergent, and aluminum within vaccinations? Aluminum when combined with mercury easily crosses the blood brain barrier, and it's already known that aluminum causes alzheimer's.
And damn... Kate is saying that we need more vaccines to fight alzheimer's. You can't fight something by inducing it.
I can't explain the feeling I felt inside when I saw this. My tears where just running on. I find it so brave and admirable that she speaks about this so openly. My grandma has Alzheimer's too, this disease is so hard to handle with. and kates commitment to find a solution for this problem shows that she's not only an excellent actress, but also a very special person with a great heart. I just look up to her.
You are welcome and I am sorry about your grandma. One day we will find a solution and noone has to lose a loved one like this anymore. Until this day it is wonderful to have people like Kate who give so much courage and hope to us all. Recently there has been a major break through in Alzheimers reseach in Germany. Don't know the details but I think scientists are nearer to a solution than ever before.
I do feel really awful for Kate, and I think it's so brave of her to talk about it so openly like this. I've always enjoyed her good use of the English langugage and her ability to speak as such, very intelligent and likable woman.
See, I'm not of the school of thought that accepts disease as inevitable. I know that deep in her heart, Kate isn't either. Kate, research the deadly effects of aspartame on the brain, and how it eats away at the myallin sheath around the nerve cells. Its found in the ingredients on the side of cans of Diet Soda. Ask a Naturopathic Doctor about what foods you can eat that may help in reversing the effects of this disease. We love you.
Oh,you will find the link on her official website...somewhere* But thanks for re-uploading. I have never finished watching it at once, because I have to agree - Its soo hard to wach it. It makes me very very cry everytime again! Iam soo sorry somehow and wish I could do something...well,...
I cried when I saw this for the first time. To see her sadness and hear her talk about her mother's illness makes me want to help as well. Noone should lose a loved one like this. But Kate says some very beautiful things in it as well. "Just live it."

I don't have as much empathy for people who have used cigarettes and then find out they have a diseased and shortened life. Your fault!
