What I think: Look closely at :14 and :15 seconds, I think he slides the coin down right there. He puts it in a fake sleeve, with fake blood, he cuts his wrist, and slides the coin through the fake arm sleeve. Thats what I think. Nice effect though

This stupid trick was revealed. He used an expensive prosthetic arm enclosure, which he commissioned to have made. Then the coin is pulled down through it with thin cord from underneath the prosthetic skin. Do you notice the bad acting! They were all actors on the set. Also, did you notice that the camera kept cutting away from Chris? That's because this wasn't performed live. They had to keep cutting the tape as they set this dumb trick up!
