(I hunted it down through a lot of Googling, but it seems to be buried on some obscure CD of Gwinko's. Not worth it to import an old CD just for one track... sigh.)

The CD in question is GWINKO's "Princess Moon", on which this track appears.

I also found this song on IMEEM! It's streamable via their Flash player. If you have the know-how, you can probably dig around in the cache files of your browser after streaming the whole thing, and find the file written there by Flash; it has no extension, but can be renamed to .FLV and played. The audio track could be extracted with little work and encoded to MP3...

I found them by Googling this: "ae songs samurai shodown" (the top result is a lyrics sheet at Anime Extravaganza). The lyrics are there in romaji, and are also translated into English.
