that hot guys can treat people how ever they want, Jace treats people like shit because A, he is, of course, angsty and tormented and B because, which is funnier? Some guy babbling about, oh, I love you, oh, your my best friend, oh, did I mention I love you or some guyhaving a convo with a meridian or whatever, saying, 'have you fallen in love with the wrong person yet?' and him replying 'Unfortunately, my one true love remains myself.'. Its a laugh factor.

Cassandra is a genious. I respect her, and I HATE it that she is being accused of plagerism. There isnt alot of wiggle room in the genre and I do, however, think its hilarious that you compared Jace to Buffy. That sounds like something in the books, like Clary, who is NOT Willow, or Simon who is NOT Xander would say to Jace who is NOT Buffy. And who the hell is Tutor????? I have read the books God knows how many times and there isnt a Tutor. And she isnt saying

I like Cassandra Clare's books and i like her takes on the characters and her way of using and weaving them within the story and making it interesting yet difficult for the readers enjoyment cause if you always knew what was coming then there's no fun in it and the trials and tribulations we readers and the characters have to go through is also enjoying and it keeps the experiences fresh and entertaining yet slightly frustrating :D

@marym2011 Just thought I'd let you know that an author can't plagiarise her own work. I can see your point, but if she wants to adapt her previous works to incorporate them in a different context, then she's fully entitled to do that.

It's called ***spoiler alert***--she can't call him Jonathan because the people who are watching this interview and haven't read the third book aren't supposed to know the ending, which you just kinda ruined but oh well, someone was bound to do it. She's too frickin' brilliant to make a mistake like that, though.

@ciaranx02 Yes, I got the books in the mail a few days ago and I'm reading Clockwork Angel before I read CoFA. I read somewhere online that that's the order you should read them, (Infernal Devices, Mortal Instruments, ID, MI, etc.) to understand characters better. Liking it so far :) But super excited to get back to the MI storyline lol CoG left off at such a great place.

@lolowahine95 I was exactly the same!!! the first book pissed me off so much but the of course I had to buy the city of ashes as I was utterly unsatisfied with the ending to the first book! haha I think Cassandra Clare is a very smart women!! I've read clockwork angel and and it's really good when you read city of fallen angels you'll see some characters are mentioned in both series! enjoy :)
