@01DOGG01 It plays back the SAME rate as the oe-cake simulated it. I have deadly slow pc and I watched your lesson series and I know how to put it to show more frames of simulation but slower. I will try out your method on some faster pc.
Any pc of any speed can make perfect movies if you simply tick that option in FRAPS...
I minimise oe-cake and fraps and let them do their thing in the background while i surft the net. And the movies are perfect. You must be doing something wrong.

You dont have to speed it up unless you actually want it to go faster. The motion is perfect with fraps.
If your vid plays back choppy its just coz your pc cant handle it (the large video file).
You can change the speed of oe-cake too (watch lesson series of videos)
