  • Awesome, I have probably been through that road, looks awfully familiar.... then again, it also looks like 17 but it says there that its highway 9. Is that where you come out by Scotts Valley?

  • It's definitely Highway 9 in the Santa Cruz foothills.. I exited near Skyline overlooking the quaint town of Saratoga about 30 minutes later.. A perilous and windy descent!
