I had to watch this film because P.Verhoeven was its director. He made brilliant RoboCop, Totall Recall and Basic Instinct. And yes, Starship Troopers was great. Casper Van Dien, Dina Meyer & Jake Busey did a great job. Critics gave many negative reviews to this movie but I think ST is one of the most underrated Sci-Fi films of the 90's (along with Strange Days, Alien 3, Them, Lawnmower Man, Virtuosity, FutureSport, The Time Shifters, The Apocalypse, The Arrival, Mimic, Virus, Space Truckers)

There was animatd version made in 2002 or 2003, i don't remember well. But ALSO a Anime version made in the 80's ( 6x30 minutes OAV)based on a book. You can find BOTH at Youtube.

Camoflauge would have been good but I really wanted something high energy for this movie. I do have plans for a camoflauge movie in the near future though.
