adaiyan: did you make sure you turned your safety switch back on after you inserted the new bulb? There is a switch there that needs to be reset after you put the 1 or 2 screws in to hold new bulb. Before you put the cover back on.

I have same problem. I changed the lamp, not working. I don't know what to do.

need to replace your lamp.....on the i-net will cost $60-$70 easy fix.
