I met Benito at Delano in A Yard, Building 1. I attended church with him and he helped through my time there. He is a prime example of a person who has been rehabilitated. I am Leon's ex-wife. Just visited. Took his 8yr. old grand girl to c him for the 1st time in her life. He has implemented several programs at the prison, mentors youth and intercedes between guards and prisoners, earned 2 degrees. REHABILITATED is the word. He now has something to offer society and society would be better served with him out possibly helping to keep some of these youths from ever going where he is. 13 years is enough. The 3 strike law was a disaster. Look at the results.
