@MRIlls hi mate, this in concrete are like "tubas" (just because of the form, the use was not any similar to a tuba) which the japanese army used as acoustic location mirrors, I mean, instruments to locate enemies through sound. ;·) try to write it on google and you'll see more photos like that.
The huge bulk of systems, (including the current monetary system/s), are there to confine and suppress the spirit with ideals of freedom which are detrimental to the overwhelming majority. Implemented quietly in detached lofty glass towers far above the ground...
no, but this is, of your incessant nonsensical blabbering that is. for the sake of humanity, silence yourself or at least refrain from the use of extraneous eighth grade terminologies which are the result of a delusional sense of self-perfection. you are trite, dear friend. you are a duplicate of a preexisting idea which was in itself apparently severely flawed yet gracefully ingrained in your DNA. so please, do not reproduce, for a plague of your sort would doom all society.

Everything you hear, may not be there.
Look inside your soul, listen to your heart
It might be a mirage.
Everything you see may not be real.
Everything you read, may not be true.
Everything you hear, may not be there.
Look inside your soul, listen to your heart...
It might be a mirage.

probably a picture of psi-ops devices meant to fool the enemy into thinking there are large guns firing or some very large ships or tanks.
They look like giant horns to amplify something. Very intriguing!
