Someone, probably transients, has occupied the house over the last 80 years or so. Have to give you an A for effort though.

Wow, you're an uptight dumbass. It's called having a little fun. No one even lives there and no one has in like 100 years. If you tell your kid that it's not okay to break in a house that actually BELONGS to someone, then you're a perfectly fine parent. Or you know, you could just send them away to boarding school and keep them sheltered all their life so they don't know what having a little fun is.

the problem is not with parenting or even the way the kids see the idea of what happening. the fact is, this is America where ever one sues. all it takes is the the person on the property getting injured . kid falls through the floor, angry parent sues the owner and then the state. I have to do insurance claims like this all the time. and its a kids parent who sue the state because the kid went behind that do not cross sign, or under that barbwire fence. med bills are expensive

I really doubt it's been since the 1800's that someone has been in that house, or early 1900's, whatever he said. First of all, there's a driveway! Secondly, if no one has been there since the 1800's or early 1900's, then there wouldn't be electricity, and you can see an outside light on the porch, plus there was a refridgerated pepsi cooler!
