Actually...that's my husband inside there! He's very proud of Barney. It took him 5 months to build and he's had a lot of fun taking him to events like this. Thanks for posting the video and it's so nice to see all the positive comments! x

Because the Dalek doesn't wear clothes.. Although the being inside could be said to wearing the Dalek like a piece of clothing in reality it's like you or I getting into our cars with nothing on.. i.e. naked.
