Hi, I dont have enough details to help you. Does the same keyboard work fine in Windows? If it doesnt then you have a bad keyboard. Try the keyboard on another computer.
you can't defrag ram civilhuman. Ram just stores temporary files until shut down then all the files are dumped. If you really use a program called ram defrag its probably a virus.
