@diaperkitten4ever ty for stating your opinion～ while i do not have the same one (or even close to it) i respect it. I don't think the last episode- or any of them were bad or useless. Ken Akamatsu came up with a very suprising Bollywood-style twist in the story that created the epic fight scene in the last episode- which i love.

ok seriously, i read the first feew comments and honestly I liked the series and the ending in paticular i found way more sad then any american tv show or movie. maybe cause we americans suck at that stuff. if you don't like it keep it do yourself, no need to be so negetive. jeez you actually would sound more cheerful if you haters were hit by one of perona's negative hollows. at least then you would feel depressed and it wouldn't be so hard to hate on this great series.

Yes I remember this moment from when I wached the series. it was very sad, it moved me to tears. This song had some influence in that. Its very emotional and sad.

Other couples would be some who have interesting relationships with eachother like Yue/Nodoka, Evangeline/Chachamaru, Kazumi/Sayo (because of all her help towards ghost girl in ep 19), Kaede/Fei, Fuka/Fumika (I know it's incest but in some cultures like japan you can fall in love with your family like how Yuka fell in love with Kohta in Elfen Lied) along with many others.

Maybe to some it can be a little weird but I am one who believes it could happen, besides it's hardly that much different than Alyssa and Miyu from Mai-HIME as Alyssa is an artificially created HIME and Miyu is a robot but they still care enough for eachother (even possible to love eachother despite the age difference).

Plus it was a touching moment for them at the end of episode 15, at the frozen lake.

I also have to say I the implications of shoujo-ai/yuri in this anime as my favorite couple would have to be Asuna/Ayaka as despite their fighting they do care for eachother (and did anyone did how truly upset Ayaka was at the funeral).

Konoka/Setsuna (or konosetsu) as another favorite as their relationship is brilliant as their kiss in ep 21 was awesome (especially when Chamo teased them about it in ep 22 in Dean's office)

I was overjoyed with supreme happiness when Negi and Class 2-A managed to travel back in time and save Asuna.

Even though they couldn't break Asuna's contract with the devil in the past they managed to give her the help she needed to ask for help in the future and destroy her contract around the Tree of the World in the last episode.

I know that some would say I am being such a baby by crying (seeing as I am a guy) and guys don't cry.

But let me tell something as people who believe that are full of shit, as guys can cry if they want, and besides I had a good reason for crying as Asuna was my favorite in Negima and I think others would cry if their favorite character died.

This video of yours is absolutely beautiful, it truly makes me so happy and sad at the same time as when I first watched this (considered I have the entire season) I believed this was how the show would end with Asuna's fourteenth birthday party.

I was really upset when Asuna dies at the end of this episode, although I didn't start crying (more like bawling my eyes out) until the train scene in ep 24 when Konoka cries in Setsuna's arms.
