@QueenWandaful Hey!! I guess because at that time I had shedding and wanted to use a product like aphogee after the neutralizer to help with the shedding and or breakage. But I would defineltly use the shamp/cond. From that video 9 months ago I can tell a difference between low end and high end relaxers. lol:)
hi, I just wanted to comment on how healthy and shiny your hair is. Just a question, though, how do you keep it so healthy given that you both relax it and color it? Do you use a softer (not as harsh) chemicals? The caramel color is just divine on you :)
i have the affirm perm i ordered from amazon, it didn't do my hair so well, so now its just sitting under the cabinet i like motions maybe i will have to try it again i only used it once. you have nice hair!
@charne251 Thanks luv for the compliment. Try using the relaxer a little longer. I had to work the relaxer thru with some gloves to make it bone straight. Hope this helps. :-)
I love the way that you lay out and describe all of the products that you use during your relaxer treatment. FYI- The "Roux" products are pronounced Roo....not Raux. Also, you may want to check out Roux's Porosity Control. Used right after a chemical treatment or shampoo, it closes the hair's cuticles to seal in the moisture and brings your hair's Ph balance back to normal. Just wanted to let you know. Be blessed!
Sorry if you have already answered this question. But. when are you able to color with hair when you have a relaxer. I am thinking about getting a relaxer but I would love for it to be your color with blond highlights. Please let me know thx!!
@keirra041288 Hey doll! thought I responded to the comment but it didn't go through. I usually color my hair and after 2 and a half weeks I put a relaxer in it. Hope that helps!!!:-)
REALLY?I DID'NT FIGURE ANY BEAUTY STORE WOULD SALE THEM TO CONSUMERS WITHOUT A LICENSE THAT RELAXER IS HARD TO FIND IN JERSEY WHERE I LIVE AT BUT THANKS FOR TELLING ME
@sugarcream1 Hey!!! I picked it up at a store here in Chicago called Jordans. The owner didnt ask for a license. Plus I walked in their like i knew what i wanted so that might of helped LOL...
@candy55124 I like Affirm, I found that my hair wasn't as soft and straight with the box relaxer as it is with the professional strength relaxer. Thanks for watching Sis!!!:)

Hey girl, I just bought the whole 4 step affirm system. I noticed that you don't use Affirms shampoo and conditioner. Is there a reason why?
