  • i don't believe in tarot cards, but i don't see the harm in them either. they're just for fun. stop pretending you haven't ever wasted money on something silly or frivolous at one time or another.

  • I think it only works if you truely believe in that stuff? :o

  • A fool and their money are easily parted.

  • The true tarot reader does not have a business on the street, you can only find him/her by word of mouth. The true tarot reader is not only a card reader but a psychic.

  • I believe in logic and reason, but have recently picked up tarot because most people are either gullible enough to believe in it or get some enjoyment from it. I use them to see things from different perspectives, not to tell the future or anything nonsensical like that.

  • YOU THINK YOU'LL WHAT!??

  • I am embarrassed for the human race that there are actually people commenting defending Tarot readers. Blows my mind haha.

  • I agree with the observations of other posters here - tarot cards have multi-layered meanings and, depending upon the depth of knowledge/intuitive skills of any given reader, different insights can be offered to a querent. As a tarot reader myself, if I were to encounter a 'reader' like 'Andy', there's NO way I'd pay £200 for the experience!! I'm appalled by his attitude and gross over-pricing! Genuine seekers - go with your intuition when choosing your reader, there are some great ones around!

  • And he should have sought out real readers. He just picked phony ones out of a magazine.

  • The guy is also a Twat like someone else mentioned. He is frustrated wanker.

  • He has no Idea how Tarot works. He should have read a book or two. And learn that the cards can be interpreted many ways. It is not fishing. The cards CAN represent people sometimes. If you study the Tarot. Want to keep this going ??

  • btw, this Andy is a twat who just needs a pornstar dick in his ass to relax a little.

  • Tarot reading is of course BS, but the cards are so pretty to look at with the graphics and have these big meanings and fascinating descriptions written in books. It is like reading a rich fantasy novel. But these readers are only competent at manipulating dimwitted and weak-minded people and making them addicted to their nonsense.

Everyone seeks hope or info about the future that awaits them, and that's why they get obsessed about these morons and their ramblings.

  • @calaftheeast -- Another retard. Hey did you know that having knowledge of mathematics was forbidden and was considered to be Black Magic Occult nonsense ??? No you didn't know did you? Now you learn it at school. Then again you were not around in that time to call that BS were you Einstein? The Tarot or Tarrow is a Complex unique system of images and numbers to decipher. Fantasy ?? Wow you people here are so intelligent. As smart as ant shit.

  • @llucid8

Nothing you said makes sense. Get a life.

  • @calaftheeast Don't you know what a retard is? Have you heard of Google? Or does that not make sense either?

  • it is really sad that these so called "tarot card readers" exist, I am from North Africa - Algeria and you are either born with this connection or not, and it doesnt start and stop with tarot it is a whole world of spirit. I will conduct a tarot card reading for free for you even though you are in another part of the world. my email is tarotbyameera@ymail.com

  • The only type of Tarot card Physic sh!t that would interest me is seeing some crazy voodoo lady in the middle of the woods in some crazy part of Africa. Not these phonies!

  • @Fifthmuskateer Voodoo is a religion like any other. It is a misconception that Voodoo followers cast curses and use dolls. That story is concocted by Hollywood.

  • @reefwanter - One man's religion is another mans cult. A religion? really ? And what God do they Worship Einstein? Before you claim you know about Voodoo and its origins, try a little google search.

  • It's great to see these frauds get busted. This was great.

  • Tarot cards work.....I've done many successful readings and no one here can tell me that I haven't. Some bitter people with no lives wanna dispute tarot cuz they're jealous and have nothing better to do...sad but not surprising.

  • Ahaha! When he starts out he is holding a book I just bought. Funny. I just want to say that I read Tarot cards for fun and inspiration. I would never claim to be psychic. Tarot cards are wonderful.

  • Ahaha! When he starts out he is holding a book I just bought. Funny. I just want to say that I read Tarot cards for fun and inspiration. I would never claim to be psychic.

  • there are a lot of bullshit readers out there, or people with no talent...half the 20 something "wiccans" here on youtube have etsy channels where they actuallly sell readings - and i can assure you 99% of them are not qualified. However, one does not have to be psychic to learn or benefit from tarot. And if the person being read for is resistant and does not believe, chances are good that the energy between them and the reader is not going to flow, regardless of the readers qualifications.

  • Tarot cards are based on the power of suggestion. Along with a general set of cards with several meanings based on their position in the set. The last time I was given a reading, I was told I would have a victory in the near future, and money troubles in the far future. Apply that to anyone. Tarot cards are different bits of vague information that can be tailored to apply to any human being. It's a load of horse shit.

  • @messenger360 Every card in the deck represents something that can be applied to everyone because each card is an archetype representing various aspects of the human experience. Although people will have victories and money troubles in the near future your reading suggested that that is something you needed to focus on as opposed to work, romance, family etc or any other things that could have come up in place of that. Saying that your reading could apply to many others means nothing.

  • @CHLOTHARIUS Haha and I didn't even notice the "look up the psychic twins part." Are you KIDDING! The girls who sortuv guessed one thing like a decade ago? If a million people guess something will happen in the future and they all pick a different date then one of them is bound to be right. It's like if I asked 10,000 people to guess a number between 1-100 and then was AMAZED when 100 people were psychic...too funny bro.

  • @ahhAhahahaahhah Just like this video...I could tape 1000 tarot readings and then be amazed if not every single one was accurate.

  • @EsotericOccultist What in the world could you mean by "accurate." Give anyone a 42 year old male and ask them to tell you facts about this person, they would be right about plenty of things. People aren't all that different, and that's the point of the video. Guessing and being right looks a lot like knowing what you are doing. Pick C on every answer for a 5-answer test gets you, on average, a 20%. More is needed to prove anything. This is what statistics, and common sense, are for.

  • @CHLOTHARIUS Don't be mad bro. Nothing like responding to being called ignorant and an illiterate like random swearing. Although, with an insecure attitude like that, I assume it would take only seconds for you to finish all parts of that threat :)

(And before you go crazy trying to figure it out, I'm calling you a premature ejaculator and imply that it's what would happen with my mother and sister should such an incident occur)

  • @CHLOTHARIUS How do you go from "through mathematics" to "tarot cards serve as predictions that is all like a weather report"? Grammar mistakes aside, HOW can you think that those sentences hold commensurate logic? NO ONE has EVER passed any type of rigorous test to prove that they have psychic abilities. I truly believe there are individuals who THINK that they have psychic powers but (@carebearsonfirexxx) when you actually test these people none of them show any sign of anything but guessing.

  • I own that book.

  • coca cola is a big buissness, gonna rip on that too?

and no shit this doesnt work from a scientific point of view. because tarot cards delt with spirituality not science.

science only goes so far until it becomes god or whoever you believe in.

  • @carebearsonfireXXX I'll rip on Coca Cola. Google Coca-Cola and murder.

  • the problem is not drugs or drug dealers, the problem is drug users. same with faith. if someone sells you rubbish you believe in, then the problem is you not the scammer.

  • the people who trust the rubbish they sell are not dishonest, they simply are gullible like the people who buy it from them. they are not scammers. they are narrow minded and shallow so they make a living off of the airy fairy stuff they believe in.

  • They turn to weak people and definitely those that feel vulnerable.

It´s sad that they cant be prosecuted in a proper way...

  • THANK YOU DEZARU!

  • Um. Tarot cards aren't about the power of the reader, it's about the power of the one being read. If you're an imbecile, you're going to get imbecilic results. If there's no desire to learn, or to know, that is what you are going to receive. If you choose to believe nothing, than you shall receive nothing, and you'll live your life as a machine, without meaning or purpose, other to haphazardly understand the nuts and bolts of the universe, but not understand why they are there. Or how to use it.

  • @Dezaru What power? The power of interpreting broad divinations into your life and thereby fooling yourself? If you believe that getting answers from tarot cards derives from some divine force, then you are an imbicile, not the other way. Youre ignorantly wrong. By understanding how the universe works, we also come to understand WHY things are like they are. We understand how different species have come to be through evolution and how the planets have formed etc. You just dont want to see it.

  • @NoiseSculpted No, no my friend. How blind the human machine is. How blind is he, whom can only see the universe in a matter of numerical terms. He understands the universe only by perspective of the charts. He sees the universe as an arbitrary result of mathematical equation. Not know does he why the universe is there, only how it got there by physical means. But this interpretation comes from the creature who only understands 5% of his total reality. Oh, if only he could see that other 95%.

  • @NoiseSculpted - - - To be or not to be? An imbecile is not he who is ignorant. An imbecile is he who knows there is more to know, yet refuses to understand it.

All paths lead to the same ending, and whether one decides to not walk or not, the road will find you. Inertia is an illusion. It is not my job to tell you or anyone about themselves, and their standing here, on this reality, on this road. This can only be decided by yourself. To be, or not to be, my friend.

  • @Dezaru To be what?

  • @NoiseSculpted Question that is you must ask yourself. Do so with intention, and I promise you - you will find yourself in a familiar place. With all due respect of course I intend to you.

  • This video also explains how much of an idiot this guy is.

  • WOW, these misguided clowns (professionals??!!) really give tarot a bad name... They're just doing it all horribly wrong, like it's a goddamn daily horoscope, and worse. It's a weird idea to begin with to imagine the cards are used to "predict the future". How the hell could that be? Of course they present a symbolic snapshot of the *present moment* - in the end that's all there is...

  • yeah these stupid readings are all bullshit. The whole psychiatry is bullshit indeed.

  • I believe that tarot cards are better used to answer questions about yourself. They can be a powerful tool to tap into the unconscious mind much like meditation. Using the cards to try and predict someone's future is just silly, in my opinion.

  • la gente tiene miedo del temor.... para memorisar solo que lo intenten..

  • This is why, when I try to give advise to someone. I do not 'cold read' them. I ask questions and let them answer rather than make up statements about them that may or may not be true. Sometimes they may remember a miss and then I may then not be trusted. I have been trained to be critical so I remember most of the hits and misses. That is why cold readings usually fail on me. I want them to ask questions not assume statements.

Besides, Tarot was made for card games. Not for divination

  • these readers are RUBBISH lmao. the way they are fishing... especially the guy with the glasses. he gave it away from the minute he opened his mouth. smh

  • Some look at tarot as a psychological tool, without the input of the querent a primary ingredient is missing. The psychic part of it isn't always 100%.

  • Purely entertainment. Some say "Well if you go into it a skeptic you won't get anything out of it". Watch the video again. Whether the guy was a skeptic or not, these readers are getting things completely wrong.

  • LOL those were the 3 worst examples of Tarot readers I have ever witnessed !

  • Tarot gets a bad reputation because of novelty parlors, but it can be a very useful tool to do yourself. It's not intended to tell the future per se, but more as an extended form of meditation.

  • @Garouix Yup, drinking the Kool aid.

  • You don't tell the future with the Tarot, you just use it as a way to look at a event from many different angles. Its just a tool to help open up your own mind. It's the idiots that claim to see the future and want your money that give it a bad name

  • @vassago419 WRONG! You play games with tarot cards. Tarot cards were made for playing card games!

  • @tarotdotcomsucks Interesting, considering no one really even knows where they came from in the first place. Some people say they go back as far as ancient Egypt, others say it started as late as the 14th century. Regardless, look up the way the A.A and the Golden Dawn use tarot cards. They are a map of the universe.

  • @vassago419 We have a good idea based on evidence that they first appeared in northern Italy during the 15th century. They were and still are used for games similar to the American spades game. There is no evidence of tarot being used for fortune telling before the 18th century. Tarot cards aren't as mysterious as the occult writers have made them to be. A lot of the old occult believes about their origins have been debunked by later researchers.

  • @tarotdotcomsucks They are used just like a tool, though. Like a hammer. You can drive a nail in with it, or if you wanted, you could dab some paint on there and paint a painting. Humans are creative like that. It's true though, that in the early 1900s the were completely changed around with their associations in many ways. You could say the Tarot has been a work in progress. I don't know what your beef is with that websire or the Tarot ,but I have found the work of Waite and Crowley fascinating

  • @vassago419 YOU ARE A TOOL!

  • @tarotdotcomsucks So your problem with this system is explained by you insulting strangers and having a dancing clown on your page. I'm sure you will get your message across with that. Thats fool proof

  • @vassago419 Why should we use 19the century occult writers as sources of information? You should use more modern sources. It's the 21st century, and we should use contemporary playing card research. This is what tells us that tarot was made for games.

  • @tarotdotcomsucks - DONALD MICHAEL KRAIG - 11 Lessons in the HIgh Magicak Arts.. That's all I am going to say

  • @tarotdotcomsucks Very stupid and childish logic. Cars were not made for racing so you cant race them, pants were meant to cover the legs so you cant cut them and wear them as shorts, a butter knife was not made to cut meat so I can't cut meat with mine....see how dumb your point is? Try to make arguments that can't be shot down so easily please.

  • @EsotericOccultist Tarot readers will often lie about the tarot and misrepresent history. This is what I dont like about tarot reading. I don't think your analogies are very good. Why not use a sharper knife to cut your meat? Butter knives aren't very good at cutting meat unless the meat is real tender, maybe.

  • @tarotdotcomsucks .... Tarot readers lie??? Yeh ... some .. The ones that you know. Study the art of Tarot Yourself. Then Judge. I am a Tarot reader who does not lie. I do not charge money either. And my readings are 100% accurate and I have people to back my claims. You on the other hand are just talking rubbish. You have no Knowledge of Tarot and all of its practical uses or any knowledge of Tarot and the Kabalah. You know knothing of its origins.

  • @tarotdotcomsucks -- You Are so Retarded. Another shining example of intelligence. Tarot or Tarrow can be used for PLAYING GAMES as well as Divination & Fortune Telling. A simple Google search on the history and Origins of the Tarot is fascinating. Some say they hold The key to the mysteries of the universe. Tarot can also be used for Ritual Magick and Spells amongst other things. They also can be used as talismans.

Do some research and study of your own before making lame comments.

  • @llucid8 -- To you and all retards like yourself. You have not lived on this earth long enough that you think you know everything about everything. Stick to what you might actually have 'some' knowledge of. And leave youtube pages like this for people who want to learn. Its Fuckwits like you that stop this earth from spinning.

  • People are just plain curious about their future...No harm playing it even if its bulllshit , right?

  • @PirateKing1256 There is a possibility of potencial harm, which resides in the fact that such prediccions of the future can be totally incorrect which misleads the client into believing something totally false -- the harm of THAT should be fairly obvious.

There has been no documented case of any significant harm from playing the Tarot card games. The original Tarot was made for card games according to a great deal of evidence.

  • @Chirno9Icefall Hmm...the windchester mansion could a case though. The owner of windchester mansion was told by a median to never stop building her house. Probably using tarots or other fortune telling things.

Yeah..it could cause distress if one's weak will to being taken over.

  • @PirateKing1256 But, when she DID stop building, she died......

  • Tarot was made for card games, not for divination!

  • Comment removed

  • well hmm..lets see

tarot cards dont lie but alot of the people reading them DO LIE becuz they want money. its better to learn how to read them yourself P:

im not saying all tarot card readers are liers but still you should be aware. look at the card thats next to it. is it facing up or down? does it realte to your past? would be amazed when you find a match. alot of them turn a bad fortune into a good one..that way they can back for more. i mean who wud come bac if the reading is negative ?

  • i love the tarot! its givin me amazing insight and most of my readings are accurate yet it might be the ones that arent i dont understand. i have 2 journals full of readings ive done for myself :)

  • @bleedthefreak69 Nice anectode but.. have you read my comments on this video? Read them for TRUTH...!~~

  • (START)

The reason that many persons are convinced of 'psychic' or 'mind reading' abilities is largely because of ❅subjective validation❅

This is where clients remember statements that they can relate to and ignore statements that have little to no relevance for the clients. This is the reason that cold reading can be a great trick to give the impression of 'psychic' ability, while in fact the practitioner really only made vague statements hoping that some will hit and the misses ignored

    (I)

  • (I)

The 42-year-old skeptic man in the video, however, has a critical thinking mind, and remembers the misses in addition to the hits -- remembering and the misses is a sign of observance and honesty, and really, because he could not relate to one of the statements made, the Tarot reader should be blamed because he really just made 'scatter-shot' statements which is the hallmark of cold reading -- anyone who can engage in normal conversation can do that.

    (II)

  • (II)

If hits //and misses// are remembered, then there is clarity of the pracitioner's inability to really predict what the client experiences. Think about that; if the person reading the cards can really give good advice to the client then there should not be too many misses because any miss degrades the value of the advice, for obvious reasons.

Therefore, I rest my case, in the name of the Icefall, that Tarot cold reading is no good counseling! ICE❅FALL⑨

~~ Ciera the Great Icefall caster

  • dude I went to a tarot reader here in turkey in 1 mount ago an he dıdnt fish or anything he just directly say the names of the persons ın my lıfe that was amazing!

  • @alileyihu I don't believe your little anecdote... It's vague and is, eh.. I don't know what else to say... =/

  • Looks at those psychics faces!!! HAHA!

  • You dont have to be "Psychic" to read tarot cards. Tarot cards have definitions not tell your future. Alot of people who say "Tarot card reading is bullshit" is misinformed. alot of these "professionals" are reading the cards wrong and inventing their own meaning. =)

  • @winkyco03 Well, then how can one distinguish a professional who reads the cards 'correctly' from one who reads them 'wrong'? I can understand why inventing meanings from scratch is fallacious; yet with what heuristic or criteria are they to be judged?

  • ok. i now kn ow tarot is B.S. but, whatt else is a better way to get money than to scam it off the stupid? :/

  • also You dont have to be Psychic to read Tarot Cards, This man went in not believing and totally mistrust in the cards. The message comes from above, the cards are the tool and we are just the ones who explain the cards for the person the message is for. Thats all.. No Pyschic abilities needed..Those with Intuitive abilities also help the message process. but yes anyone can learn it IF they have faith in what the message is.

  • @GypsyTarotGirl I see that psychic ability is unnecessary however what is the whole point of all this anyway? The message comes from the reader, where from 'above' can it come? The reason that the man went in not believing is that he has a critical mind, he knows how to think critically and he can identify fallacies in the readers' statements.. don't believe me? I can explain more however I have neither the time nor patience right now...

  • Im a Tarot Reader and I don't make money off it..There ARE people who do use it for money those I would be cautious about BUT tarot readers are real only if they are doing if for the right reasons and people come to me that Ive never met and no nothing about, My card will give me many insights they are not meant for complete answers because everyone has freewill. Tarot cards are more for guidance not for exact path.

  • @GypsyTarotGirl Hello there I agree that an exact path is almost impossible to predict, however I have two questions for you. Even with only simple guidance how are they supposed to help, if the reader focuses so much on the cards to give advice? If the statements are vague and sometimes contradictory, then how is the client supposed to sort out the mixed message?? It is non-sense to me...

  • well now im gonna slap my gf in the face for believing in this bullshit thank you british guy for proving it wrong

  • How the hell can you be a "professional" tarot reader? Your essentially a professional bullshit artist.

  • The problem is not with the cards. They are real . Not everyone can read them .

  • 2:09 "Typical blue/green eyes maybe sort of grey eyes. Or an eyepatch. Or maybe a glass eye. Am I getting warm yet?"

  • I used to have that book that he holds up near the beginning. For shame.

  • Are there different ways of reading tarot cards? The last time someone read me the tarot cards they continued without "fishing" and they did it in the form of a pyramid. I don't know if it was fake or not but some of the stuff he said were true and the people that went with me were even surprised to listen to some of the things he said. Any ideas?

  • bahaaaaaa, "it would be good if there was, wouldn't it?!"

  • Those readers were morons. Everyone who asks money for doing such a thing is obviously a fake, because that alone is a proof that he or she doesn't really understand what is it about.

  • If you come to the table as a sceptic you wont get accurate information. I have had a WONDERFUL tarot reading by a woman named Lynn Christie and i can tell you that good Tarot readers are hard to find. But just because you got a bad reading is reflective on YOU , not the cards.

  • I read the Tarot. There's nothing fake about it; the problem lies in others' misconceptions about what the Tarot is and is not, what it is meant to do, and what it is or is not capable of doing. They are not magic. They don't control your destiny. They assist you in gaining perspective into your life's challenges and help you see your options. YOU choose where you end up; the Tarot is just the roadmap. They are a valuable psychological tool, but definitely not magical.

  • Lame! There will always be people who are ignorrant, because they dont understand something they are afraid of It. I use a deck.

  • i'm a tarot reader, and i can tell you personally that it is not a joke, unless your doing it for money. I do it free. These people are fake psychics.

  • I am an amature tarot reader and tarot may go aganst everything science has to say, but it is real. Although there are alot of "Tarot readers" who will go "fishing" as you put it, those are the fake ones. Listening to those "profesinals" almost made me sick. There not trained and they probably say the same thing over and over again.

Watching this will tell you it's fake, but its only fake if you get a crappy reader

  • Tarot isn't for prediction, but for understanding the human archetypes.

  • look the cards don't tell the future but i use the cards myself all there for is to help provide guidance with a question u have

  • What you are stating is initially true, that is use of the cards at the first level. Then as your abilities increase, through proper use, and living a spiritual life, you SEE more and can have visions because of a spread. Otherwise the cards are literal, not an oracle! Intuition activated plays a huge part, until you get there you are not there.

  • I wish you people would wake the fuck up and stop wasting your fucking time.

  • Energy attracts Energy, if you are looking to prove something is B.S. you will indeed attract to you, those who are B.S. There are also good and bad doctors, dentists, lawyers. To prove a point I had a Tarot reader offer to give me a free reading, there is no possible way she could have come up with the accurate info that she did and I watched her eyes bug out right before giving me info that was unknowable to her unless it came through a higher dimension.

  • Metaphysics, Oracles are right brained higher concepts which you cannot prove them true or false with left brained lower mind logic's. Once while meditating a right (brain practice) a voice told me "tonight you are going to assist in a police arrest." I thought, this ought to be interesting! Later that evening, it happened..

  • Jodorowsky puts it best: "You must not talk about the future. The future is a con. The tarot is a language that talks about the present. If you use it to see the future than you become a conman. You are just a charlatan."

it's really just psychological searching. it acts like a rorschach test, but uses archetypes that reference the human condition. any sort of mysticism is up to the discretion of the reader and the client. anyone can do it. i've found it to be a very rewarding mediative process

  • It's OK to have an open mind, but not so open your brains fall out.

Which also means it is OK to have a healthy skepticism and not believe everything you hear or read.

By saying one has to have a open mind in order to find out if tarot is true, really says little for tarot as being true on its own - which means it's basically baloney.

Shouldn't it be true if one believes in it or not?

  • if you dont have an open mind you cant expect much out of this, you just dont believe, and thats ok,

  • Well you do have a point, alot of tarot readers are scammers and are worthless. But what about readers like me. I do not take money nor want it. I try my hardest to provide the best readings and no its spirituality and faith. If you have no faith you cant expect to get a accurate reading. Also there are readers out there that will cahrge for example 10 dollars for a reading and donate 7 to charities.( Rosa a great reader).

  • Thank you for this video, I needed this.

  • tarot readers ruin lives, they take away ones ability to belive their life is under their controll

  • The future is under your control completely. It is not set in stone. All the cards do is explain the most likely out come with the way you are doing things at the moment. You can change it anytime you like. The future can always be changed.

  • While it may or may not take 2 days to figure out the cards & spreads, it can be done. So why not just do it yourself? It seems like it would be cheaper and more sustainable (i.e., = or > $20 in USD).

A concern: I'm a case manager. If I make wild interventions that cause people to get hurt, I can lose EVERYTHING I own unless I have malpractice insurance. If I give advice, I have the purden of proof on me to show it won't hurt people or else...

  • For goodness sake. This video is a load of absolute bull. I am a genuine tarot reader and I do not and have never practiced fishing. My readings are always genuine and I tell it like it is to help people and provide advice to those who need it. I know that there are fakes out there who give us genuine readers bad names but you should'nt label every reader as a fake as many of us are quite genuine. Shame on you.

  • OK, so prove that all tarot readers are full of bullshit. This video has not proven that. All tarot readers do not do readings by "fishing." This generalization (saying tarot card reading is bullshit) does a great injustice to those tarot card readers or mediums who are actually legitimate. I am sorry to see people dissing psychics in this manner. . It's OK, I'm sure people will still go to tarot card readers, no matter what!

  • It is virtually impossible to prove a negative. Even if he talked to 90% of all tarot readers, he couldn't have proven that it's bullshit. The burden of proof is on the person making the claim, and so far NOBODY has ever proven tarot readers or any kind of psychic to be legitimate.

  • For some reason, a lot of these predictions come off as vague. Despite their veil of supposed specification, the language used is such that is meant to cover both hit and miss. The entire feeling of it is very vague and mystical, as if "signals" aren't being interpreted correctly. Even if the prediction does not relate, the overall feeling of it can be passed on to other things. In a world of polar opposites, a negative prediction about death can immediately be related to loss of something.

  • It may not be a ruse, but at the same time it could very well be. Another thing used by these mystical arts is that they impose themselves upon the mind of the client. There are times where given a piece of information, people will subconsciously seek out information in the recesses of their mind that matches the given info. If not, a simple decline and the reader will alter the information slightly, while keeping the same general message; something either negative, or positive.

  • it would take more than a few days to be able to read the cards well and even more to develop a really good intuition. that lady was horrible with the pendulum. 200 pounds is an extreme overprice and those guys weren't very good

  • "This man has either very very light hair or very very dark hair"

Come on.....if you cant see that its bullshit with that line, you deserve to be scammed lol

  • OMFG its a 1.7 million pound industry!

Amazon makes $40,000 a minute, naturally using the same (lack of) logic, they must be ripping people off as well.

  • For every con artist out there, there are 50 idoits waiting to stand in line, pay their money, and believe their bull. So at each setting, you have two happy idiots doing what they want to do. What can you do? there will always be more idiots in the world than con artist, just look at the history. If you can fool some of the people all of the time, that's just enough to get rich, or at leaste make a living.

  • OMG someone might make a profit! If you werent a cock-sucking communist coward it might have occurred to you that anything worth doing is worth doing for money

Furthermore, the blatant, militatant overgeneraliztion based on three readings is completely schizophrenic.

Anyone who takes this video seriously ought to be put in a mental institution

I await the thumbs down of hateful and stupid scientific materialists of the same order who a few decades ago were claiming cancer was caused by germs.

  • "From a scientific point" it's bull. DUH. Secondly, everyone has a bit of psychic in them- it's just a matter of how much- smple intuition is a psychic 'power'. Thirdly, the cards tune to your subconscious- when you are a skeptic, the cards become muddled. Thirdly, of COURSE they have to ask you if things ring a bell- how are they supposed to know what's in your head and your life? They're just trying to connect the meaning of the cards with your life. Also specific questions are always better.

  • This guy's one of those skeptics of course.

And with the guy with the goatee... the guy just pulls out 7 first cards pretty much. Concentrate, B.S. Detect!

Mm about fishing... don't know if you can get really specific-specific about a situation unless psychic.

  • This is crap! There ARE plenty of genuine Tarot readers around. I don't read them myself, as I read Oracle cards which is similar and I have read for loads of people and they have ALWAYS been accurate.

Guys, don't let stupid videos like this drag you down!

  • This is so true! All tarot readers have fool you. Everything has been explained in the vid. and there is no reason to get maniac for it. They are just a cards, and some lunatic people talking shit.

  • MY RESPONSE #3 - The Tarot reader also told me that I would have "boots and a rabbit" in front of me. I said, "What?!" and she said, "I see boots and a rabbit thru these cards and the rabbit has a reddish tint to it's fur". I thought she was crazy. About 7 weeks after the reading, it was my birthday, and someone gave me a gift in a big box. I opened the box and it was new boots. That night, I was trying on the boots and noticed that the logo for the boot company was a red-haired rabbit.

  • MY RESPONSE #2 - The Tarot reader also told me that I would receive a bouquet of yellow roses at my door, out of the blue. I don't know anyone that would send me roses. I didn't mention this to anyone I know, either. 5 weeks after the reading, a florist delivery guy was at my front door with, you guessed it, a bouquet of yellow roses. They were meant for my neighbor and she wasn't home. He delivered them to me, to give to her, when she got home. DO YOU NEED MORE PROOF THAT YOU'RE WRONG ?

  • SORRY TO DISAPPOINT YOU, BUT NOT EVERY TAROT READING IS BULLSHIT. Maybe the ones you went to are full of it, but that doesn't mean every Tarot reading is bullshit. I went to a reader and had a 45 min. reading done. She was able to tell me the first name of a supervisor that I would work for within 2 mos., and also a certain tattoo he would have on his arm. I had told her nothing about myself, not even my first name. Sure enough, I got a job, and the 3rd supv in charge was him, tattoo and all

  • this makes me sad! there are people who can totally do this!!!!!! like myself. i am not doing it to swindle people. i do it because i want to help people and it is a gift. THIS IS NOT RUBBISH YOU JERK!

  • Anyone can do this if you have intuition. People who have more of a natural link to their intuition have a gift. Tarot is a tool used to seek advise and guidance. It's used to help people. And most tarot readers don't charge for readings for this reason. People who overcharge for readings are just gold digging- but there are many people out there doing this in every aspect of life. It doesn't mean it's automatically bullcrap.

  • I agree.

My mother does tarot just for friends and she predicted her best friends death as well as she knows when i meet a new bf and she knew my father got very ill some months ago,its just intuition.

    Basicly shes just very sensitive.

  • BTW most Tarot readers like myself DO NOT CHARGE ANY MONEY!

  • If you don't believe it. Don't do it. I don'y believe in Jesus but I wouldn't stop people from attending or donating(Millions) to Christian churches.

    Move on my friend....Move on.
