@WafiyM u beat them till they get to stiff peaks. if urs were still runny, you might have gotten yolk in the whites...which wont let you get stiff egg whites.
I find things stick to the parchment paper, for some reason. I think it may be the humidity. Try lifting the parchment paper and spraying the baking sheet with water then re-resting the parchment on the baking sheet, or tilting the baking sheet and drizzling a small amount of water between the paper and the baking sheet, while sliding it off (be careful…don’t get them wet.) ‘Steam’ will help release the macarons right off!
u should invest in a silicone mat (silpat). only like 25 bucks and its nonstick and fits ur standard cookie sheets

Does it need a cooling period?
also Im using a oven ( convection ) which runs by electric its kinda small so I only use the lower part the makes the heat
should there be changes for the temp or still the same

@WafiyM yes beat till hard peak which means you flip the whisk to the peak is on top and it stays up
