I was thinking it'd be good to drop a note or something to the court thanking the judge for acting professionally. Is this normal? Should we thank bureaucrats for doing the right thing? I think a little positive reinforcement might be good
Yeah, it sounds odd, rewarding Public Servants for doing their jobs.
Agree with the notion of "positive reinforcement" Judges do NOT make decisions based on winning popularity contests. No No. They are in it for the power and authority. Seeing a just decision like this is kinda nice. So many judges don't give a damn for Rule of Law.
Good for the judge for applying his mind to the issue. Would filling out "YouTube" on the media-affiliation line be advisable?
