  • Good for the judge for applying his mind to the issue. Would filling out "YouTube" on the media-affiliation line be advisable?

  • [Art.] 8. [Accountability of Magistrates and Officers; Publics Right to Know.] All power residing originally in, and being derived from, the people, all the magistrates and officers of government are their substitutes and agents, and at all times accountable to them. Government, therefore, should be open, accessible, accountable and responsive. To that end, the publics right of access to governmental proceedings and records shall not be unreasonably restricted.NH State ConstitutionBillofRights

  • 3 cheers for the judge!! It says a lot for his ability to be fair.

  • Well done for the Judgey Wudgey who did his job as it should be done.

Post a pic of him so he can be hugged and kissed by freestaters.

I'm an avid, UK based, watcher - so I won't be able to express my pleasure with the Judge mentioned....so I would appreciate a proxy to do it for me!!

  • Yea for the First Amendment!

  • I was thinking it'd be good to drop a note or something to the court thanking the judge for acting professionally. Is this normal? Should we thank bureaucrats for doing the right thing? I think a little positive reinforcement might be good

  • Yeah, it sounds odd, rewarding Public Servants for doing their jobs.

Agree with the notion of "positive reinforcement" Judges do NOT make decisions based on winning popularity contests. No No. They are in it for the power and authority. Seeing a just decision like this is kinda nice. So many judges don't give a damn for Rule of Law.

  • I think this is an excellent idea.
