You are so so lucky to own this great record. Such a beautiful melody from the early 1930s~! Carroll Gibbons band is superb on this and such a delight. And just as romantic as the song title asks. Thank you for sharing! 5 stars *****

What a beautiful version of my all time favorite song! I've never heard of Carroll Gibbons & the Savoy Hotel Orchestra but they play this song exactly the way it should be played. As much as I adore this song, I positively hate all the sluggish versions which, I'm afraid, are the vast majority. That includes the jazz versions; they all distort Richard Rodgers's oh-so-romantic melody. Thank you, 85scampi, for posting this and introducing me to Carroll Gibbons.

British Pre-War commercial dance records are always smooth, urbane and polished sounding from this period. Great Rogers & Hart song too!
