One thing that saddens me about the fact that Jacque Fresco is old is the fact that I don't know who will take over the speeches with as much charm and charism as he has. I could listen to Fresco all day long without being bored.
Roxanne Meadows could carry on but Fresco really is the one that can easily and publicly transmit the message to the others. The Venus Project needs somebody that has the same passion as Fresco to help transmit that passion.
Greed. Now days it's corporate greed that is used to keep people down. Poverty, lack of knowledge is a form of control. Having someone life in their hands is a selfish power trip. Technology, knowledge to make to world a better place is kept from us. Imagine 50 years ago they had laptop computers, nano technology, medical technology. All new technology is kept secret for 50 years. Imagine what is available now? It boggles the mind. Shame on those who know this and don't stand up.
children suffering their parent's sins is acctually quite real, look at it from a genetic point of view, if someone drinks heavly, it is likely that their child or grandchild will do the same.. there is so much to be understood, which is why its funny for people to just take everything they say as truth and knowlege.. they are simply scratching the surface..

I can speak for myself as my father was an alcoholic that I did not pass on that trait. If there was a genetic marker for alcoholism, then it would take an environmental trigger to activate it. Depression is more of an applicable referent in this case.
I think Roxanne was referring to concepts that are perpetuated within cultures that are detrimental to humans. As for "children suffering for their parent's sins", I'd say humans are suffering for the "sins" of the system that they live under, which influences much of hour values, behaviors, and actions. We are victims of our culture, in other words.
