I strongly recommend you rename your video. DID is caused by horrific trauma. Saying your little girl has it implies tragic things about her and you calling it a joke makes light of a very real disorder.

Not all multiplicity is caused by trauma. My multiplicity was NOT trauma induced. There are many other multiples who were not abused as kids. Many multiples don't fit the DSM diagnostic criteria for MPD/DID

From what I have read, multiplicity without trauma is more common than one might think. Given the way our society treats multiplicity, a functional multiple isn't likely to come out as multiple. I wouldn't ever mention my multiplicity to a psych. Also, my mind didn't split. The other one in my head was one that I more or less created, although he did kind of get out hand. Thankfully he went away
