  • @rctriplefresh5 - good results can be achieved with any equipment as long as training is done hard and progressively - including bodyweight exercises.

  • Great exercise, I've been doing it for more than a year as part of my bodyweight workout. It helps exclude the lats from the movement and the focus is on the biceps. I do feel some help from the shoulders, I agree, but there is no bodyweight exercise that exclusively involves a single muscle. This is not really a bad thing because it improves coordination throughout the body and burns more calories. If you still insist on unilateral movements, you are better off with free weights and cables.

  • probabaly the poorest thing I've ever seen, maybe if your legs were vertical but come on thats useless, stick with chin ups, can't do chin ups do negatives, jumpin chin ups or have someone help u up, don't waste time on this garbage, trust me there is VERY LITTLE RANGE OF MOTION HERE, he may straighten his arms but theres so much shoulder and everything else that it'd just be pointless

  • Very cool, ever since i got my rings i haven't done a single dumbbell or barbell biceps workout. They are useless to me now, and the rings are actually giving me the arms i always wanted! Love'em!

  • Thank you for commenting, i still do deadlifts, squats, all the clean variations and all lunging variations, just no more biceps curls! lol:)
