maybe the citizens but not the merchants i would, the citizens i say yes to cause i always seem to find them everywhere even when ive killed like 100

this might be a stupid question but i just started playing and it wont let me kill anybody who i want like citizens?

It has a saftey on which is a skull it usually pops up on the bottom so you gotta press down on your dpad thing and it shouild come up with a red sign and its off. Or Rb to bring up the emote menu and it should be bottom left.

how do you set player orbs?

you go in to the menu, then options, and there should be a thing to click to see player orbs to show friend orbs, or everyones orbs that are online
