Messy and hard to apply on Mosaic and vertical surfaces. You waste more than you use. I would say mix with a electric mixer and not by hand. All your sponges will be garbage when your done. All in all its a good product. You just need to know how to use it. Also don't panic when it starts to set. You can clean it up!!!!!
i cant see why an one wants to use epoxy for normal houehold uses. i may only use epoxy for commercial regrouting ( restaurants ) with limited traffic timing .
It's difficult to apply yes, but it's not THAT difficult. Used it on my first experience with tiling anything (bath floor) and was successful.
Which would you prefer, something that is easy to apply but needs sealing and regular maintenance, or something a little more difficult to apply but cures rock hard, never needs sealing, and will last forever?
This video is misrepresented. We went through 3 buckets, mixed it 100% to the tee, it never looked like this, and it hardened to a bad consistency (unworkable) very fast. I'd give them the benefit of the doubt except for the fact that we tried it with 3 different buckets and it was the same story every time, and this is with a contractor working with us that knows epoxy.
I used this product in my down stairs bath the first bucket went on just like they said loved it but it doesnt go very far so the secound buket set up extremely fast like peanut butter very dissapointing so I bought a third bucket went on ok working time is very short seems like your better off to get it on the wall quickly without putting any previous material back into the bucket if it sets up on you its really hard to get off these guys need to make a good removal product
This product is a pice of shit, I lost a whole bucket of the product since it became so hard in matter of minute. however I do recomend the usage of this product to set fencepoles and fences it will keep them in place for years to come. VERY DISAPOINTED!!!!!!!!!
I have used this Grout myself and it worked exactly as shown. It's possibly all about mixing it correctly to start. The cleanup was amazingly fast. Recommend to anyone.
This stuff is awful. It is thick, it won't come off the tile and it sets up so fast most of it gets wasted. Go another direction, this stuff is garbage.
BS, I just used this product and it did not spead like thinned grout. It was 72 degrees that day and it spread more like peanutbutter. Definately not as easily as in the video.
Gonna try to finish th rest of the shower and see if the next bucket spreads easier.
