Center Mass shots: Solar Plexus, Heart, Lungs.

Mid-Torso shots: Liver, Spine.

Lower Torso shots: Hips, Femoral Arteries.

Good shot placement is shot placement that hits the target and causes damage, and that is what is illustrated here. I'm not to fond of the partial squaring with target, or holding of the pistol in the "Close Contact" position (I'm more fond of the CAR system and positions, just my opinion). But the shot placement is sound and would be very effective.
