You read the warning, and watched it anyway, which means you only have yourself to blame. If you know you can't handle these sorts of images, then you shouldn't be watching. It is the fault of the killer how graphic the images might be. The person who posted this video did not kill the child, so you all need to get off her back and appreciate this for what it is: a memorial.

People watching this sort of a documentary know there is a high chance of graphic content. You have also given adequate advance warning of this. Paricularly by part 4, when there have been three other parts with instances of disturbing content.Just stop watching instead of griping at the one who posted it. For me by far the most graphic image are the decades of pain etched into Mrs West's face. No mother should have to endure that. I hope that she has found peace with her little girl.
