  • I like it when those rocks hit him in the rump.

  • I thought you had one where it says "the power of christ compels you"

  • That´s a big horse

  • cute! <3

  • good job :D

  • ...

    I'm on a horse.

  • Holy crap that was epic

  • are those verses from the bible or smth?

  • @johnybazukata The dialogue for spamland comes from the semi-sensical text found in the filter-busting portion of spam emails.

  • I understand....

  • the bandersnatch! JABBERWOCK! AAAAH! wait a minute.....

  • at 0:48 he says "Jehowa" and someone throws at him 2 stones. Remember The life of Brian, by Monty Python?

  • love wat he does with his horns..

  • thaaaat was sweeet, glad I wasn't trippin on anything when I watched it though

  • that was like something out of poe....

  • I actually love this. It really was epic.

I love how who ever it was read it too.

    Wow. Just wow.

    <3

  • I really enjoy these. Thanks.

  • that was scary

  • it sounds like something from the bible 5/5

  • Well, at least it held my attention.

  • I loved how when he said Jeovah he got hit by stones xD, a Monty Python reference perhaps?

    funny :P

  • this is disturbing

  • this is amazing! my whole life changed!

  • HAHA.. I couldn't agree with you more dude

  • amazingly random :D

  • this is actually brilliant

  • its lil bit sound like Edgar Allen Poe. great job!

  • Feelings sooo un poetically poetic.

  • Most excellant protuberance from manifested nightmares ;-)

  • My fav line:

Up unchased stairs mumbling the Ritual of the Percy. Infected boatswine by the matching hysteria. [someword] Open air of the Fifty-Pound unearthly noise like an incorrect parody of the Holy Sand, that larks the elevation of the backward alarmed.

  • i have spam to please make a video of it

Does the warp screen a glorious supplier? An immortal fudges before the informed vendor.

Opposite my mass thinks your western disguise. A teacher angrily sat on the screaming arm. However, this particular hand quietly spat on the green cake. The gang merits a unaffected breeze. The doe dismisses the reformed nose underneath a book

  • ---now THAT would be one amazing video! ;-)

  • Aubrey, open heir of the fifty pound

  • what the hell spam have YOU been getting?

  • i reallly dont get this

  • Sounds like some sort of complicated poem wahahah!

  • everything sounds sensible with an english accent

  • yeah...

my teacher gave me +A for a poem like this...

she said "disturbingly good... you are a goth right?"

    lol

    im an emo...

    wahahahaha...

  • I really dont get this, can someone explain it to me please?

    Thanks

  • Me too. Pls help!

  • There has been a recent rash of spam letters that are using lines from books to make them look interesting to open. When you try to read the email, you get about 20 lines from 20 different books smushed together to make a senseless email with an attachment (obviously a virus or keylogger of a sort) This user has just made a visualization of the emails. It is not suppost to make sense.

  • Actually, I think they're just randomly generated sentences (you can find many random sentence generators online that have similar sense when they're done). If you listen to the sentences themselves, they don't make sense. Certainly not enough sense to be in a book.

  • nice

you really make the character come alive

  • The grand affluence runs forelong into mighty gales! Take usurpers upon thy vertical dropoff. In sharks way incubate green toast. When tea throws relatives on pontificating sailors?! Unknown snakes grew many red peppers!

  • so hawt!

  • I wish people would not ruin a good video with there pointless fighting.

  • Here Here!

  • fantastic!

  • these are definitely my favorite animations from you guys, please make more!

  • wow... this makes so much sense.

  • i recieved a version of this e-mail, but it was less chopped-up. each few words had its own text form. didnt find much hits for it when i searched for it, it was beautiful and i still ahvent figured out what book it came from. surprising to see it here.

  • didnt come from a book

  • do you know what it came from? i want to know. if you say "from a spam email" you've totally misunderstood what i was saying.

  • it came from a bot who randomly arranges verbs nouns and adjectives according to certain rules and constrictions in order to imitate actual sentences.

  • i know a lot of spam text is generated that way but that just can't be the case here. it's too gramatically and even thematically coherent to have been generated from scratch with a dictionary---it has some literary source and only one i think. it just seems like the bot has substituted some words for others chosen randomly in this version, but not even that in the version i got. i'll post it.

  • In a trice without warning the face of nature grew sullen Black angry mouths, the clouds swallowed up the sun The air was dense with suppressed excitement The wind howled through the long corridors and sobbed and whispered in the secret recesses of the cells The chime of the Vesper bell flowed out into the infinite The silver notes the holy chant wrestled with the storm like ministering angels with Satan At last the imps of Storm lay vanquished.

  • The hurricane paused in its course to do reverence to God. Suddenly, however a terrific clap of thunder smote the sky The holy chime of the bell broke off with a a shrill dissonance Demons seemed to people the belfry Rain came down like cataract Flashes of lightning chased one another like battling fiery dragons. The bells jangled hideously out of tune Unearthly noises like a satanic parody of the holy sound that marks the elevation of the host alarmed the ears

  • the horrified monks unspeakable blasphemies Prayer with ceremony and interspersed midst of a sacred had suddenly gone mad in the if a High Priest Trembling but resolute Father Ambrose seized a crucifix In phalanx if for battle the brethren followed Solemn, with gleaming eyes and trembling nostrils, the militant army of God swept up steep stairs mumbling the ritual of the Exorcism Infected somewhat by the general hysteria Aubrey followed

  • all that means is that the bot is using a specific set of words and and parameters in order to give the illusion of biblical speech, no spammers are gonna waist time copying actual literary sources into emails

  • well, a lot of spam mails have texts that webspiders find online and copy into the e-mails, and i'm so interested in finding the source for this one since i can't find it online. i can't believe that you could read this and say that it was generated with some kind of algorithm, it's way too sophisticated. come on. "the holy chime of the bell broke off with a shrill dissonance, demons seemed to people the belfry"? a bot did not generate that from scratch.

  • demons seemed to people the belfry? thats using people as a verb -_- theres nothing particularly eloquent except that it uses words related to medieval speech as well as generally unused terminology.

  • 'people' IS a verb...

  • 0_0 really? it is? when was the last time you "peopled" someone -_- im not continuing this, your a moron, go back to 5th grade and learn the basic conventions of the English language

  • don't call me a moron, you illiterate.

  • that's like saying "rain isn't a verb, when was the last time you rained someone"

  • you can rain on someone, you cant people on someone

  • an ethnic group can people a geographic location

  • i stand corrected :) still dont believe its from literature tho =D

  • I don't WTF I just saw but it has my attention!

  • goodness aaarghh

(yes that's a header from one of my early surreal spams)

  • Please make 1 where the "thing" Starts Talking normal, but suddenly gets more and more intence, speaking faster and more dramatical !! please!! xD

  • spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam spam

    SPAMLAND

  • Interesting interpretation of a pretentious Dada poem.

  • this is really confusing

  • Cooool. cataract napkins of LIGHTING CHASED ONE COMP LIKE BATTLING FIERY DRAGONS!

  • That was delightfuludicrous.

  • lol..this is..look whos name he says on :46-47. haha

  • Wth..o.o...this is like..demonic stuff.

  • The animation reminds me of the movie "Yellow Submarine". I love the way that weird creture reads the spam in a biblical format. MORE SPAMLAND!

  • Hahaha it's almost like poetry.

  • That was insane in a nice way...

  • this is brilliant but satanically disturbing

  • I have an undescribable feeling right now.........woa........

  • I get e-mails like this all the time! lol

  • ROFL! ^_^

  • this was a religious experince to me !

  • WOW!

  • Is there a site where one could find more of this literary spam? It's really refreshing and off the wall. thanks.

  • you guys are great why aren'y you on t.v?

  • the animation was good but it was pretty stupid

  • Duh! you do know where they got it all from right ? .. who said spam was intelligent ?

  • What in the hell is that....thing talking about

  • Read what the description at the top of the page says, click (more) to see how the Brothers got their idea from this bit of strangness.

  • my god thats weird!

    i like it!

  • The new jabberwocky......brilliant

  • "the lane chime, of the prince off with a cradle dissonance. Demons seemed the brethren, breastworks chilling with gleaming eyes and trembling acidly the militant army of godswept, up, up unchased stairs mumbling the ritual of the percy." this is amazing, I feel like putting on a robe and preaching this from a soapbox :-D. Brilliant animation to, it really makes the nonsensical text come to life :-D

  • are these out of the bibel????

  • holy shit on ice your stupid

  • No, silly, this came right from an Spam e-mail the Brothers McLeod got! Brilliant idea to set that weird semi-sensical dailog to animation, I hope the originator of the Spam knows what has been done!! It sounds like something out of a demented Shakespearian play!

  • this scares the shite out of me

  • hi! i'm totally in love with your spamland-series. i'm angry at myself that i didn't come up with the idea. innovative intelligent animations, nice dubbing -> can't wait to see more.

  • rlly scary *huddle in a dark corner*

  • What the fuck is this non-sense?

  • The dialogue for Spamland comes from the semi-sensical text found in the filter-busting portion of spam messages.

  • @brothermcleod can you tell me that in english? XD

  • this just..isnt funny

  • It looks like an old Beatles cartoon meeting Armageddon....and snorting crack.

  • *cough*This is like one of my weird dreams*cough*Anyway it's good...but still creepy.

  • This has nothing to do with spam!!!

  • Awesome and drivelous. It wreaks of a lack of eclectismic boldness! Hooray for spamenization!

  • somehow this speaks to me XD

  • OorH! Man...I'm FREAKIN' OUT!!!

It's like one of those trippy Beatles cartoons!

  • dude watch this after you snort some sugar its soooo freaky

  • This answers the question: What if Dr. Suess smoked crack and couldn't rhyme

  • you didnt have to make two of these just to slightly change the voice they're both equally stupid

  • ROFL

  • ok, i have NO idea what this is lol. but its clever.

  • another comment: this sounds like shakespeare.

  • and the voice is so much better on this one...don't use the crappy one. this makes it much more serious-sounding. very important, of course, that this be serious.

  • i actually started saving the spam poetry in a doc on my computer a month ago. they are wonderful for generating ideas in my own poetry. i don't use the stuff directly, but it somehow it awakens my creativity. sort of like reading richard brautigan. thank you for a truly religious experience.

  • cool

  • i get these kind of messages all the time on my sidekick

  • Proof positive that it's not what you say, it's how you say it!

  • holy shit! I'm going to have nightmares tonight!

  • hmhm, ive never had a spam mail like that....

but nice video man, great sound effects.

  • Excellent Poetry, all it needs is a random bongo beat mixed with an air of ciggarette smoke, a goatee, and a Free-jazz cafe :D

  • These are great! So clever taking spam text and using such fantastic beasts to give eery life and near meaning to the randomness. You would make Terry Gilliam proud.

  • i found this the most boringest, weirdess, cheesey, riddling thing EVER.....

  • haha better than most poetry i've read <i>not</i> written by computers.

  • Here's a google cached version of where the text came from... Its in the middle. Search for "a spam email". The text follows.

  • Really epic. Uncomparable. Hilarious. Reminds me of those Italian animations I saw in google video some time ago, this has the similar weirdness in it. Top class!

  • This is the most outstanding video. I have never seen anyone make a realigeous animation such like this! This is 5 star for you! I understand EVERYTHING!

  • hahahahaaha this stuff is brilliant! kep up the great work!!

  • A pleasant break from this world's conformity. Still, I have no idea if it really means something deep or if its just dogmatic rambling

  • what the... O_o

  • I love this! it's so weird and strange, it would be better with more violence though.

  • The Shakespearian tone you put to these things is just hilarious.

I got some interesting spam e-mails I could send you if you want.

    Both notched.

  • what does spam mean exactly?

  • just read the entries on wikipedia for Spam (food) and Spam (electronic)

  • that was a load of fucking bullshit

  • I didnt understand a word :P

  • zomg BOTH notched?

    eek

  • This is crazy shit! I love it!

  • lmao.... The air was religion with suppressed excitement!

  • Fantastic!

  • Its half religion, half nothing. No lengend to it. Its just plain funny. Wonderful job.

  • Please, could someone put a legend to it?

  • Cateract napkins? lol!

  • what............ the......... hell

  • i thank you for these, and commend you for the imagination, but the turkey guy scares me...what exactly is it?

  • "Ritual of the Percy"!!! Make more!!!

  • woah! awesome. it is like, so unique. i haven't seem anything like this since charlie the unicorn! now that says something!

  • That was goood. If it had been on deviant art in writing, would have been shit. I think that this could been seen as a insult to somebody's poetry because well its slash poetry really. More like story/poetry because people would use different words and whatever. But its a awseome idea.

  • another cool video by the brothers

  • it was poetry... someone had written that..

  • "The dialogue for spamland comes from the semi-sensical text found in the filter-busting portion of spam emails. "

    Read the description.

  • lol, i dont get any of it, but it was great

  • i like Aubrey of the Fifty-pound'

  • Is this supposed to be like when there are just a bunch of words in people's descriptions of videos or something?

  • No. People send emails like that for no reason. For example

Run away George screams the goose from eyes away

    Its just a random email.

  • This style reminds me so much of the Beatles Yellow Submarine. This is awesome, hurray for nonsensical crack!

  • that made no sence atall.but i like the art work.

  • sanity is for losers...so you guys are pretty cool!!

  • THE DEMONS ARE COMING! SAVE ME JEBUS! (lol) nice video

  • This makes no sense. but I like the art style.
