I really want to buy this car, but its too expensive for my pocket to buy it direct from the dealer, however I have a friend who wants to sell this car to me for $10,000 (10K) but there is a catch, it has water damage and most of the electronics don't work but the car starts and goes. Like the seats don't work and heating and a/c etc.. But what i was thinking was if I buy the car and spend 20k in repairs to fix the faults properly would this be fine, what do u guys think reply ASAP
@WhatIsKabbalah Mercedes has been doing the shifter behind the wheel for a while now. I think it started with the S class. But I think it's nice...it saves space in the center for other stuff while looking classy.
I love how people argue about a car that 95% of them cant even afford. Make a car with luxury, power and craftsmanship that people can actually buy without a huge financial burden, then we can talk.
Mercedes did a better job with the C-class 2011. I still think they should have made the C and E look exactly like the S550. I'll never forgive them for dropping the S550's dial pad.
@bigtruckseriesreview I define perfection as the perfect emulsification of luxury power and craftsmanship and this Mercedes covers all of those with ease.
Mercedes an Audi are just the pinnacle of motoring superiority.
but the E-class' steering is fucking DEAD on center - and a few degrees off it. Not to mention Mercedes nickels and dimes you to death for features. Navigation should be standard at this price.
And that is on purpose, for people who actually use the car for what it's intended for. You DON'T want a nervous car and steering when you go 250km/h on the Autobahn. Not for very much longer than 1 km. Trust me. Or you gonna be physically and psycological exhausted when you get to your destination hours later. Buy a car acccording to your use. If you only go slow then buy a car that bounces all over the place in 0,1 sec as soon as you breethe on the steering wheel.
Dear santa would u buy me this car?????????????

I just got the e350 cabriolet and the one thing i don't like about the interior is how much wood they cut out from the sedan.

I disagree. Steering needs to be variable - tightening with speed and lightening at low speed.

@vsboy25
Nothing is perfect. Even the Veyron doesn't have an 8" Navigation screen.
