This Man's phone keeps getting better and better every day... its April 2010 and its on version 5.0.0.6xxx and its perfect... everything is smooth and with no errors... with every firmware upgrade this phone keeps getting a boost and received more tweeks and hidden tricks! I love this phone and happy to have bought it for $230 flat in mint cond. freaking Awesome... oh and yes... the keyboard is perfect and so accurate! Its beautiful and perfect! Worth every penny...

@VenomFan1989 After a while using it, it begins to slow down and freeze more often... do to having not enough ram and apps demand more of ram usage to work smooth.... sometime it acts weird and acts sluggish. Save your money and if you really want a blackberry touch screen I would suggest you same a bit more money and get the Blackberry Torch no contract, unlock it for a couple of bucks and activated with H20 (uses ATT network) or Simple Mobile (uses T-Mobile network) for $40 unlimited.

You can buy the black sim cards of both carriers for a couple of dollars on ebay. if this phone is available on Verizon, you can activate it with MetroPCS and just pay $40 for Unlimited including DATA.... If the Verizon version has a sim, then unlock it and you can activated it with any damn carrier you desire!

it depends what you like, the storm 2 is great for emailing calling texting. you can also get different themes for it online to make the icons or the whole setup of it different. the droid is more for apps and looks. to me the browsers are the same but maybe the droid is a little bit faster

I think the storm2 looks waaay waaay better the first storm. It also has better functions. I mean I had alot of friends complain to me that the screen on the first BB storm was sooo sooo annoying because it constantly kept clicking in when they typed a text/email. Its good to see that BB have sorted out that issue.. I ended up buying the 8900 Curve, but now I wish I brought the Bold.. More people seem to have em and like i got BBs lil sister :/ lol

I hate it when people dont do their homework before reviewing things...its a real click guy, its a new technology that RIM pattented , only allows the screen to compress when electricity is running through the "sponge" beneath. So basically when the screen is on it clicks, when not it doesn't. Its not simulated

Yes, that does appear to be the case. It is moving ever so slightly, but it is still obvious that most of the click is synthetic. The clicking is tied to the capacitive touchscreen, in that an inanimate object can't cause a click.

I never claimed to be an expert on the device, nor was I reviewing it, I was merely commenting on it as I first experienced it - right out of the box.

It is piezo-electric, just as I had guessed. I can see a tear down of it on Engadget that confirms that. So while the display is flexing a bit, the click is not coming from a clicking switch. It is a synthetic click, electronically generated by running current through the piezoelectric layer of the screen - just like the keys on the Moto ROKR E8.

Very nice! Tho i do see a flaw in the BBS2.. Notice the battery. looking at my Storm i have 1400 MAH and the New Comes with Wifi and 1380MAH. So either that can be a bad thing where the battery will die all the time. Or the new software/hardware will do wonders and make the battery last. Great Vid!
