hi, yes that's a piano given to me and my brother from my mother and grandmother.
It is a Heintzman and Company. The date can be told by lifting the top cover off, and it says "Heintzman and Co. Toronto Pat. Mar. 1892"
We also had an Organ that belonged to the Royal York in Toronto, it would have been worth a pile if it had not been given away for a song.
