If you have to reach and teach the lost through secular music with gospel lyrics, then so be it. Many peope will listen to a song if they are fimilar with it. There is nothing wrong with using music to convey the message of the gospel, I thank GOD for Apologetix...got any unsaved friends you can turn on to the word??!!

Yes the lyrics are clever, but they had to know the original song to do the parody in the first place, meaning that they fill their heads with immoral garbage, first, then take music played for a man's fame, not God's and change the words. That is not Christian at all. It is a weak attempt to take from the table of devils, and the table of the LORD, we are commanded against this in 1 Corinthians 10:21, and this band has made a career of it.

@Apocalips320 hey kid , at age 62 i have been a musician now for over 50 years and i love what this group has done , what you do not understand these musicians are bringing lost souls to the LOrd , especially people my age who grew up with this rock music , you need to get the music first , then the sheet music , listen to the way it's played then do it yourself . i am a firm believer in Christ Jesus . and i know my name is in the book of life , how about your judging soul ?

@Apocalips320 you must live up in michigan , because that's the most violent for christians to be in because of the muslim population . if not no problem , i will keep you in my prayers for the Lord to keep you safe and for the Lord to open the hearts of the people you preach around ., so that they wil want to accept Jesus as their Lord and savior .!
