The Zapruder film was altered, most likely at a CIA subsection in the Kodak plant in Rochester. Evidence of this was revealed by the work of Doug Horne, an analyst in the Assassination Records Review Board. The film was two-sided, and split during processing. Two different photo teams made enlargements of frames on two different evenings, but the first team made its from split film, and the second, from unsplit film. The two teams were not aware of each other's existence until their testimony.

Interesting that the author brings up that someone has seen three different Zapruder films.

I remember vividly in history class years ago seeing a very different Zapruder film, than seen now.

It was very clear that JFK was shot from the front in that first film that I seen.

However, in later films, one doesn't see the blood and brain matter flying toward the rear hood area.
