I bought both toy story collection buzz(s). The utility belt buzz is for die hard buzz fan (like me). What I see the first buzz is for TS1, the utility belt buzz is for TS2, if think way toys wants to make more money, they should definitely make the new buzz that has the Spanish mode to choose (for TS3). That would be f-ing awesome.

@ccproject72 thts mainly up to you, if u really liked it and enjoyed it then purchase the orginal one. By now they are a little cheaper. But the utiliy bel buzz is just buzz with his belt with added phrases and sound effects.

i have a one of the best buzz lightyear toys cause he has a button you can press to acttually retract his helmet and he has karate chop action but still has his wings plus the wing tips still light up he even talks his rist comunicater opens and the best is he has ANDY writen on his foot!

@NachozRuleCP He doesnt do everything. Apparently, he doesnt interact with his laser anymore. Instead, he know interacts with the utility belt. I bet money that you cannot remove the belt, the cables for the lights are inside his chest.
