@vucicevic what civil war? how about the fact that many people were stripped from their life savings? 10,000 people died in 1997 and the army was stripped dry from it's weapon leaving the state powerless. then in 1999 we had to hold hundreds of thousands of albanians from dardania which caused albania to go even further into decline. serbs didn't have anything that damaging being done to them. they were the aggressors in every war. they stole enough to keep funding the war.
