  • it sounds like un fear staltion FINEtto

  • These guys hate their ears, i mean they are standing next to 160 decibells!!! no ear plugs !!!

  • I need this for my top gear vacum cleaner

  • SUPER MARIO ONBOARD

  • Not as good as a 330P4 3 valve...

    Or a 250 Testarossa / 250LM

    Sorry

    J.C.

  • good old raw power

  • mario kart :)

  • Dej mu !!!

  • Dear Santa....

  • I need this for my top gear blender

  • 懐かしい音だ。

  • lots of horse power and dogs barking

  • Must be a nightmare balancing the twelve throttle plates in this beast...

  • he looks like Mario !!

  • I should put one of those in my Buick Century.

  • what does the rev counter say about the power level?

    it's over 9000!!!!!!!!!!

    yup that sounds about right.

  • A shitty sound in comparision with the old Matra V12...

  • Mamma mia xD

  • Man he is barely cracking those throttles..

  • have you the video of the diesel engine 2 strokes only by valves? check it.

  • quanto ele pago por isto?

  • mario kart.

  • BUY ITALIAN!!!

  • Is this the viral for the new Mario Kart??

  • رائع جدا

  • Yeah it's a wonderful car but where is the RADIO??? XD hahahahah

  • Looks like mario stepped it up a notch from a go kart.

  • i cried!!!

  • the average driver doesn't need 2/3 of those

  • the exact engine you'll see in Ferrari shop in Milan at 2 floor...every time i go there i watch it is awesome...and you can buy it...yes i know for 8000 euro!!!it's from 2004 F1

  • @MAXXFIGO Bullshit. They were using 3l V10's in 2004

  • @excelephant maybe i'm wrong but go to the shop and you'll see!!!

  • @MAXXFIGO for 8000 euro? quick conversion means about 10,000 dollars, that's pretty cheap for a race engine. very nice.

  • a v8 sounds better

  • Also ferrary can learn something about diesel motors 2 strokes by valves only

  • @ricardojp07 you have commented on like 3 ferrari videos i have watched wtf are u on about

  • I like how that guy was just sitting there with the fire extinguisher ready for action xD

  • @NOXXism italian built motors lol is all i will say :)

  • @NOXXism LOL! he had me nervous one spray its $50,000 overhaul

  • @NOXXism TEAM SPIRIT XD

  • @NOXXism Seems they've been there before. lol

  • Takes 5 secs to overheat

  • @177SCmaro: yeah, those engines are really cool, in a different way though ;)

  • hello...... i'm an f1 and i rev from idle to 10,000 rpm in 2 seconds. tachometer, not needed.

  • @ralphpehrson an F1 idles at around 9k rpm :)

  • @dropvlop i like what i said better

  • @ralphpehrson The idle IS 10,000 rpm!

  • @DanneZzZ weird, i think i've heard this before. and they idle at 4k normally, but 10k to get off the line. yup lets argue over the internet pal :)

  • @ralphpehrson i should have written a ;) symbol... i just meant that these are amazing engines. :)

  • @ralphpehrson 2 seconds? Try closer to .2 of a second

  • @ralphpehrson Makes more sense when you consider they don't idle at 750 rpm.

  • @ralphpehrson lol more like 0,2 sec

  • @TheWeirdFish: you will know the difference when you drive a V12. Imagine an aircraft engine on vacation. In a street car the V12 will never sound strained.

  • I know that it is a V12. I have a V12 in my car, a '91 BMW 750i so I can easily see that this is a V12. The only thing I said is that there's nothing better than the sound of a V12.

  • @RumbleFishL337 I don't know about that. I have a trio of Jaaaags sporting rather fruity straight sixes. A D type shortnose (replica) with a 3.4 litre XK, an E type series 1 with the 3.8 litre XK and an XJ6 series 2 with the 4.2 litre XK. Each has a different character, The XJ6 is smooth and reserved, the E is purrs and growls like a contented tiger and the D snuffles and snorts and shouts and spits fire at fools. But they all sing. Beautifully.

  • @RumbleFishL337 Except maybe a camy big block. Talk about a beat you can dance to.

  • @RumbleFishL337 Yes there is, flat 6 from an old 911, especially the RSR cars.

  • @Lillie1986 a question of taste ;)

  • Start it up now, WHAT!!!, CANT HEAR YOU????

  • those are carburators there buddy , this thing is extreamely nasty each one of those things is pooring gas in there individualy ,no injectors it makes it even more powerful 0_o

  • @elmatador41392 LOL what? Do you not see a fuel rail and injectors on the side, its individual throttle bodys.

  • There's nothing compared to a V12. I wish they would race V12 engines again today. That would be epic! Them not having ear plugs is insane!

  • @RumbleFishL337 that is a v12

  • I like how none of them have ear plugs in their ears lol. They must need a big ass filter for those intakes!

  • @Tropicsca Why? The race is hardly long enough to accumulate that much crap. I occasionally run my D type (replica) filterless to give it a good breathe.

  • @Tropicsca Filter? Run it for a few hours and rebuild the engine. :)

  • Pra levar esse gordão ai, tem mesmo que ter muito motor...

  • brutal.

  • *Looks at Honda f1 engine in suggestions

  • Dear Santa..

  • WOW! NICE . SEE MY MAHOGANY BOATS AT RCCRAFT.COM

  • if quad-throttles are for 4 cylinder engines, how do u call that? Dozen throttles? or whats its real name?

  • Italian crap.

  • @benbennit And where are you from? What does your country produce?

  • They are just trying to warm it up without over-revving it. The rotating bits are so light that just tipping in will rev to 8 grand. Did you see how little the butterflies were opened?

  • Is it true that when they start them up and test them, like in this vid, they only do burst revs (like the the guy is doing in this vid), because there is no resistance and a steady higher rev on neutral would decimate the engine? Or is that just a myth?

  • @em613

it is never good to rev a engine to its max when it just started and its cold.

  • @Frietpan Oh that I know, I meant even when its warmed up. In general, I was told there's a reason they don't ever hold a longer rev on an F1 engine with no resistance to it. (in neutral for example)

  • sounded like a dog barking..lol

  • thing sounds raw as hell

  • これって実はすごく危険で、ブロウしたらコンロッドが突き抜けてきたりする。

  • If I had the money I would totally build one and drive it on the street. Not that I'd go very far, but it'd be fun as hell until I try to stop.

  • RPM :D?

  • this thing is too much but the technologies that are applied in it should be more present in normal cars...

  • @authmaax they are..

  • I'd love to have any one of their jobs

  • mario and luigi f1 team, priceless

  • i guess the man besides the engine is deaf. it seems like he's not hearing the loud engine noise. compared to me, i almost broke my ear drum just by hearing this glorious engine sound.

  • Im just curious, I see f1 guys do this consistant rev, rev, rev, rev, rev, hitting on the gas stuff all the time. Why do they do that and what's the point? Im not being a smart "you know what", I am really wanting to know thanks

  • @stangredemption I believe its the quickest way to get heat into an engine.

  • how long will it go until it over heats?

  • like how theyre expecting it to blow up

  • The best barking F1.

  • Best job in the world... Be a mario pressing pedal of formula car=)

  • sometimes i think i would rather make 10 bucks an hour and sweep the floors in that shop than make 6 figures in my current rat-race job.

  • @MetricHotrodsdotcom

heyy money is a lot but isn't not everyhting right?

  • @MetricHotrodsdotcom Nah mate, keep on the sixes and save up and you'll be able buy one. Well, maybe just the engine. But that's all you need, right?

  • ORGASM ! !

  • @uprightchoppers

    Ditto.

  • mario in the mariokart :D

  • @D3mine HAHAHAH fucking full on mario kart!

  • @D3mine hahaha actually the guy behind the wheel is probably italian... and his mustache really looks like mario heheh

  • @D3mine :D:D!!

  • @tinySHINEY1 lol, where did you get these 'facts' from?

  • @Taiwanhiphop Top Gear

  • pure power... this is amazing...

  • Shit, I think 80% percent of the car is the engine or a system related to the engine...

  • The exhaust headers look like a snakes nest! Awesome sound as well.

  • car porn

  • SHT SORRY I JUST JIZZZED MY SELF XD

  • why are people comparing bike engines with car engines?

  • I'd love to have this as a sound system in the house.

The neighbors would not be happy.

  • @tinySHINEY1 THAT, is bullshit.

  • lol. look at the comments here. Some idiot has gone around flagging every comment he doesn't agree with or understand as spam.

  • 28 Dislikers sh't their pants when they heard the engine start. More coming soon...

  • Guess there prepared for a fire lol

  • 2 sexy

  • @tinySHINEY so then why do bike engines rev to 14,000RPM but last years?

The sound an F1 car makes is from the engine doing up to 20,000 rpm and because they have close to straight pipes. An F1 engine is expensive because its so well balanced. Every part is fitted to thousands of an inch. its such a tight fit that it wont even start when cold. the entire block has to be heated to expand the metal enough to be able to move the pistons.

  • @trcxsa so true.. they run warm oil and water through the car before the races !!! ive seen it... its definitely not practical.. thats for sure

  • @tenjinnim They are amazing feats of engineering, but i still prefer the older cars where it was just raw power and setup . No electronics. Driver and machine. gone are the days of those crazy turbocharged beasts.

  • @trcxsa Like Group B rallying. God that looked like fun.

  • @tenjinnim Would be very interesting to see an unlimited class of F1. The cars would insanely fast. Variable aerodynamics, no drag imitations. I think the turbocharged engines would be definitely be back. just to see how far it could go if tech was pushed to its real limits. driver strength would become the limiting factor actually

  • @trcxsa when you have unlimited restrictions it starts to become more about the cars then the drivers and there skill which is still cool but not really what f1 is about

  • @kodyavey yeah very true, I have a question for you. Do you not perhaps think that mabe F1 has already become more of a technology race? With all this new tech they are putting in like KERS etc. They have good intentions buy trying to push new technologies and all, but somehow I think its lost that go-kart like simplicity of the older cars.

  • @tenjinnim would be amazing but I would still prefer the old school F1.

  • @trcxsa my bike runs up to 17,500 =)

  • @scfitch lol yeah was just using 14kRPM as an example, CBR250 revs to 18k rpm, and is capable of doing 20K with out the limiter.

what kind of bike do you have? :)

lol mine is only happy up till 8500-9000RPM, then the valve float starts to hit.

  • @trcxsa 50th Anniversary R6. she isn't a formula one car for sure, but she makes me happy.

  • @scfitch OOh nice, :) its a beaut of a bike :) I wouldn't want to drive a F1 car daily haha. Nice one man :)

  • @scfitch

Hope you're not engine tapping it constantly. My 83 GPz even touches the 14k mark, but I would never go past 11k. stay safe.

  • @trcxsa

what an idiot, you need to learn a little more.

  • @trcxsa spot on

  • @trcxsa actually its more like ten-thousandths of an inch production cars are accurately fitted at thousandths of an inch.

  • @rileybrigden yep. I know, was just making an example and trying to make the simplest explanation possible

  • @trcxsa Everything, even the fuel, has to be heated at precisely 70° degrees Celsius. Or so I was told by an F1 engineer.

  • @LuxVangeli they are an amazing feat of engineering!

  • @trcxsa It is also worth mentioning that they use extremely exotic parts like beryllium, titanium, and ceramic composites that are only good for about a hundred hours or so and are so expensive that if you have to ask, you probably cant afford it. God knows I cant. F1 turbo tech in the 80's damn near surpasses what we have today, minus the further dev and use of ECU's. Hell I just learned the other day what Gelled Tolene is. There are very few shops in the world that produce these parts.

  • @trcxsa if it's cold it will start but it will decrease it's efficiency

  • @TheCrazy135 The piston wouldn't move properly..

  • @TheCrazy135 Wouldnt start if cold. Have to heat it before start.

  • @trcxsa more like fitted to the nearest .0001 or .00001 like neartst hundred thousandth

  • @trcxsa And not to mention they have to replace the engine a lot in each season.

  • 12 :o i have 4 in my car ..

  • Sounds like mad pitbull dog is shouting hard

  • だぶるしっくすはいいねぇw

  • 6000 idel

  • No flywheel at all. Wow.

  • whos masturbeting 2 dis!!!

  • i think i just came... yep i did

  • The steering wheel is tiny!

  • This is an older motor, notice the carbs, nowadays they use fuel injection on all their motors, the fuel is injected from the top.

  • @dhowser2008 those are the throttle bodies, they've been using fuel injection for a very long time. even fuel injected engines need some type of air inlet control system.

  • @dhowser2008

    lmao. mongol.

  • @dhowser2008 They had fuel injection in the 40s dude.

  • I just went from 6 to midnight in under 6 seconds!

  • 999,999th viewer

  • Didn't know that Mario ride F1 nowadays..

  • Yeeessssssss !

  • I came.

  • ohh ohhh god ohhhh i came ??? what the fuck i came ?? my wife is staring at me!?!? {cheeks red}

  • I thought F1 cars are only V10s now?

  • @god604 F1 cars are V8's at the moment.

  • @god604 posted in 2007 when they were v12's

  • Those are some sexy throttle bodies, i'd fuck em.

  • ill get shit for saying this but mother of god this sounds no innoying i wanna kill it

  • The velocity stacks are the eye candy.....

  • sounds like shit. screwdriver?

  • @MrChocolatenob Go drive your fcking Pinto idiot.

  • rednecks

  • @UunonMopo ahh you silly american..
