@ChaosAngelx96 i would be possible to make an hack of one of the old sonic games like sonic 2 and use similar sprites and bachgrounds but with less colors. then you would have to redo the music for the megadrive hardware. everything is possible.

they changed the sound circuit a bit and didnt use the signetic 68000

Mine got an motorola 68000 not hitachi or signetic.

There is also hidden ext terminal port on the back of the console

They removed the logo: High definition graphics and sound.

This rules pretty hard. First ~16 seconds seem much more 3D Blast than main series, but after that, I could really see it fitting in a circus/carnival type level really well. Would probably also fit in perfectly with the kind of style the versus levels from Sonic 3 had. I can easily picture this during Azure Lake.
