@HeyyMonthJunee it is true because since we have kids (wether you choose to or not it IS what the female body is designed for) our bodies are deigned to hold more fat rather than muscle that is what a baby needs from the mother during gestation and begining of life, there is the cushon ti protect the baby and then milk is made with fat
