I've been abroad for some years and when I got home I sat down and watched this video again. It's become a ritual of sorts, arriving home and relaxing with a glass of milk and viewing this comforting film.
@satanicrox I used to have a copy of it on VHS when I was a little kid. It actually was a bit creepy to me, but I still enjoyed it. Dark and humorous. :D
Yes, very funny episode. Btw all episodes by Darin Morgan are great. I think, this one is called "somehow, satan got behind me". ^^ My favorite millennium episodes are "Midnight of the century" (christmas episode) and "luminary" (when frank travels to alaska). ^^
Lisa and I would wait up al night watching Night Flight just to see these clips at closing just to be creeped out the next day. These are so cool. thx, jason
Is it just me ....or is this the basic inspiration for Burton's "Nightmare before Christmas"? First viewed this on "Night Flight" ...the best late night cult show of the 80's.....miss it alot...
I love this stop-motion movie: i saw it on Night Flight back in 86. I saw the whole movie at school. I miss Night Flight: it use to come on late at night on friday and saturday on USA back in the 80s.
Glad to know what this actually is after years of seeing snippets of it. It's like Gustave Dore' and Hieronymous Bosch get drunk on absinthe in the Produce Section.
This is best video I've ever seen. Better than winning 1 million Swiss franks, better than playing b-ball with Will Smith, better than shitting bricks, better than being the author of this video who deleted comments, better than a comically sized pickle, better than a baby playing a bassoon, and finally, better than wearing gumboots on a balmy day.
@EnigmaticUnseen yes watch it! you will be astounded and your mind will be blown to pieces to the point were your will never be the same again. and a door is inside if s you!

One of my heroes!!!! This is the singular piece that inspired my style. I saw it 30 years ago (before anyone who who it was by. It was labeled "anonymous" back then). This piece is directly responsible for the look of my MTV Bosch station ID I did for MTV in 1988, I'll be posting that piece next week on my page.
I loved this as a kid! That devil cracked me up!

The curse of Frank Black. One of my all time favorites. ^^

@Deepskies And the one called Devils, I think that's what it was called any way.
It was about 4 old guys that were demons who told stories about how they tempted mortals to eternal damnation.

Yeah, me too. I watched Night Flight when I was younger. Yes, I too wonder if Tim Burton was influenced by this.

This ought to be remastered or redone, that sort of flashing in the light gets hard on ones head.

We don't want people like you ruining classics like this. This video should be put in a museum and maybe in a farmhouse blues charity concert.
