  • amazing

  • A lot of work. Truly bizarre.

  • I've been abroad for some years and when I got home I sat down and watched this video again. It's become a ritual of sorts, arriving home and relaxing with a glass of milk and viewing this comforting film.

  • Has anyone actually watched The Devils Ball before?

  • @satanicrox I used to have a copy of it on VHS when I was a little kid. It actually was a bit creepy to me, but I still enjoyed it. Dark and humorous. :D

  • HELLO I HAVE A WEBSITE FOR DEVILS BALL

  • Perfection.

  • @CultureJudge NOT AT ALL. Ladislaw Starewicz did not perfect his style until 1938...

  • First saw this on Night Flight. Really disturbed the hell out of me. Had been looking for it ever since.

  • I saw this in the Milennium series epi The Ghost of Frank Black.

  • The curse of Frank Black. One of my all time favorites. ^^

  • @Deepskies And the one called Devils, I think that's what it was called any way.

It was about 4 old guys that were demons who told stories about how they tempted mortals to eternal damnation.

  • @snowdog03

Yes, very funny episode. Btw all episodes by Darin Morgan are great. I think, this one is called "somehow, satan got behind me". ^^ My favorite millennium episodes are "Midnight of the century" (christmas episode) and "luminary" (when frank travels to alaska). ^^

  • Lisa and I would wait up al night watching Night Flight just to see these clips at closing just to be creeped out the next day. These are so cool. thx, jason

  • How devil its made that blur in poppets animations??!!

  • Wow, look at how smooth this animation is. And those puppets have some really awesome designs. This is great stuff!

  • Is it just me ....or is this the basic inspiration for Burton's "Nightmare before Christmas"? First viewed this on "Night Flight" ...the best late night cult show of the 80's.....miss it alot...

  • Not just you. Nightmare before christmas was the first thing that came to my mind!! you can buy a colection of these on e-bay -dvd format.

  • Yeah, me too. I watched Night Flight when I was younger. Yes, I too wonder if Tim Burton was influenced by this.

  • I love this stop-motion movie: i saw it on Night Flight back in 86. I saw the whole movie at school. I miss Night Flight: it use to come on late at night on friday and saturday on USA back in the 80s.

  • THIS IS SCARY ;__;!!!!!!!!!!

  • and these r not even the best scenes in my opinion!!!

    check out the whole flick!

    1 of my favourites...

  • My God! That's amazing!

  • This ought to be remastered or redone, that sort of flashing in the light gets hard on ones head.

  • This is a very great animation, I really loved it.

  • Glad to know what this actually is after years of seeing snippets of it. It's like Gustave Dore' and Hieronymous Bosch get drunk on absinthe in the Produce Section.

  • This is genius.

  • Thank you so very, very much - this is just amazing.

  • We don't want people like you ruining classics like this. This video should be put in a museum and maybe in a farmhouse blues charity concert.

  • @DevilsBallFan i disagree, i think you should watch what you say.

  • This is best video I've ever seen. Better than winning 1 million Swiss franks, better than playing b-ball with Will Smith, better than shitting bricks, better than being the author of this video who deleted comments, better than a comically sized pickle, better than a baby playing a bassoon, and finally, better than wearing gumboots on a balmy day.

  • im sorry but i had to give u the thumbs down because I believed ur comment was too offensive

  • @DevilsBallFan I agree with you.

  • @DevilsBallFan You should check out Justin Curfman's "Tephrasect" video. It is amazing as well. It is done in this style.

  • @EnigmaticUnseen yes watch it! you will be astounded and your mind will be blown to pieces to the point were your will never be the same again. and a door is inside if s you!

  • awsome movie
