@protonman7 I'm not sure. My guess is both only because I'm a fan of headroom since I use pedals and the lower settings tended to break up on the single tube setting. I actually sold this amp a while back. It was nice, but I would have only used it as a recording amp since I really like my cleans "clean" with little to no break up.
You have all of that nice equipment, you can't afford a mike for your amp? Don't take this personally, but when a video that is made to be about the audio, wouldn't you want it to sound as good as possible?
@DanHeavern LOL. None taken. My camera is crap and I haven't set up my protools rig or a program to merge wav files and video. I spend all my money on guitars so things like quality cameras fall by the wayside. I'll do some research and work and see if I can get up to par as Gearmandude :)
What tube setting on the Mesa? 6v6s or el84s or both?
