acabo de empezar en una cafeteria y me encantaria poder aprender algo de esto, aunq sea un corazon o algo asi.

Tan solo es leche y cafe caliente? o algun truquito?

@sweety000 el "truco" es asegurarte de hacer un buen espresso con mucha "crema" y aprender la técnica apropiada de calentar la leche. Si la consistencia es incorrecta no van a salir los dibujos. Es cuestion de aprender a cotrolar el flujo de la leche al combinarla con el café y echarla en la dirección correcta con práctica puedes hacer cientos de diseños.

una pregunta, al momento de calentar la leche para que salga esa cremosidad para hacer figuras y eso puede depender de la leche que compars o de la maquina o que trabajo en una cafeteria ILLY pero intento que me salga esa cremosidad y no sale si me podrias explicar porfavor de como se hace o si es la leche y etc. te lo agradeceria mucho :)

@povia123 ..Lo ideal sería utilizar una máquina expres para lograr que la leche tenga aire, pero si no la tienes, buscar otra herramienta como una batidora pequeña para que dicha leche haga espuma...debe ser leche entera, pasteurizada, etc, la crema no da la misma textura..
