Final Fantasy VIII - Rinoa In The Wind (at Balamb)

Does anyone know what happens with this scene when Rinoa does not travell with Squall to Balamb, but to this Galbadia Missile Base with Selphie?

@subamara This video and other moments of them two won't appear, but on both cases the parties could die by missiles, and with other game plot, this could kill Rinoa and give a Game Over then. About other beings about this... I think it don't changes the plot. Only say at the end before Rinoa gets Squall, the memory distortion he suffers shows this video too, Squall's preference on plot was getting Rinoa for Balamb party.
