I operate on 160 Meters on a net in Indiana on 1.865 on Monday through Thursday night it's a fun band to work I have also worked 160 independently and have worked several different states.

I am if I ever get things moved going to do a video on the new Ham Shack! AND TALK ABOUT THE ANTENNAS IN THAT. However this project has only been in teh works for seven years.

I have never delt with amature radio. I have friends who used to be truckers who did for a while though, spoke with people on the other side of the usa and they lived in Missouri. it was pretty cool.

Tuckers use CB and that is somewhat different than Amateur Radio

I know plenty of Truckers that use Ham Radios in the trucks one even made an 80 antenna for his truck

Behringer B-10 Broadcast Supply Net. It needs a phamtom power supply. But works very well and is not really taht expensive.

The 746 is a great radio! The 756 has more features than I really need! Could have done just fine with a 746....But I wanted that spec scope! Bot that I ever really use it!
