@barrythom1 ... most premium oils don't smoke much. Read the back and make sure that it says it is NMMA TC-W3 certified. All other 2 stroke oils are pretty much just sae 30 generic oil.

@sixtyfiveford toro s-200 I turn the choke all the way to the right to start, it says when it start running turn it back, but it cuts off,I may be doing somthing

wrong. The choke has two settings two clicks to the right to start when it starts running i leave there and it runs fine.but if i go back one click it shuts off,sould it

@barrythom1 ...... This means that the main jet is partially/fully clogged. Putting it on choke forces fuel through other passages keeping the engine running. Running on choke it may run fine but you will have significantly less horsepower to move snow. It should stay running with the choke off.

I took apart a engine of a craftsman lawnmower and rebuilt it and im having trouble with the carb....any tips? i need help

@Rord14 You need to look at my other videos for the carb style you have on your mower. I doubt you have this one.

@sixtyfiveford im pretty sure this is it...its an eager 1 lawn mower and it has the bowl, i also cant figure out that whole spring assembly

you can use WD40 to help break up the dried gasket and other parts without using so much harsh cleaners. I rinse all the crud off with carb cleaner. doing it like this makes my gloves last longer (G) I usually buy my O-rings at the auto supply store and then I can get by with the diaphragm and gasket kit. don't need all the needles and welch plugs usually. if I have to remove primer line I cut it lengthwise at the fitting and then it comes off with breaking the fitting thanks

It is a common mistake to put the diaphragm in backwards. The large metal disk faces the inside of the carb. Also did you put the gasket and diaphragm in the same order you removed them? it makes a huge difference.

Hey i got my new diaphram and gasket but still have problems -.- when fill the gas Line and set the needle valves it leaks for some reason but it stops when I completly close the valves and the engine doesn't fully start it pops some of the time idk the problem it's making me mad

Yea the engine does rev up with the belt off but lately when me and my dad try to fire up the engine it starts up fine but immedilately it dies he thinks that it's something in the carb like it gets gas but after it starts it's like it doesn't continually get gas. What do u think it is

Hey I'm using the same engine for my go cart. I'm havin problems with it for example: the engine dies on it's own need help tweaking the needle valves for the max output of the engine also the engine doesn't wind up when I drive it watch my videos if u have questions please help

@lego6789 ................ It sounds like it runs great in your video. have you replaced/cleaned your spark plug and gapped it to .030"? Will the engine rev up all the way when the belt to the wheel is off? A carb never goes out of adjustment by itself.

I got a Toro S-200. It takes forever to start and when it is started, it's kinda weak compared to these other youtube videos. How do I get more power out of it?
