  • Indian cuisine has no design of courses. All over India, the meals are served as thali, & eaten as thalis in the homes too. And, FYI Kunal, patra is NOT made pf potato leaf...Have you ever seen a potato leaf? Patra is made of colocassia leaves, or arbi/arvi leaves. I wonder if youve ever seen them.lease, do look at the 2 leaves tocether...& you'll know the difference between the 2. BTW, I do like your show, & do plan to visit Rajvadu whenever I visit Ahmedabad.
