Actually, they would most likely use it for advertising purposes. Also, a lot of writers, musicians, and artists use Facebook. So if they post a song, Facebook would own it. This is a BIG concern. "Intellectual Property" and "Copyright" are HUGE issues.

facebook is a census, an intelligence gathering network, it now iffers all manner of worrying applications, such as facial recognition software.
I deactivated mine years ago but i know they still have the information.
Also i know of cases where employers threaten staff with dismissal if they say anything negative about the company they work for on facebook. Personally i'm on myspace which is just as bad, but its like a ghosttown on there now, its like everyone was herded off to facebook. :)

fuck facebook, the goverment uses the information for statistics, thats why they make you put you'r phone#/cell#/adress/company/school/everything, its not neccesary, all is kept, even if you delete it, i deleted mines like 2 weeks ago, if you sign in before 2 weeks the account is reactivated, and before i deleted it i tried deleting my pictures, why must it take 2 minutes to delete one pic, cause they upload it somewhere else, bunch of dipshits. if you agree REPOST!!!!!
